We are seeking a motivated and experienced Ocular Specialty Representative (OSR) to join our dynamic regional sales team. Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, this is a position supporting our innovative portfolio of products, on our Pharma team, covering a critical geography in the region. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the Ophthalmology and Optometrist markets within the geography and driving sales growth. Responsibilities

Qualifications

* 3+ years' experience in specialty pharmaceutical sales with a proven track record of success (attainment to goals, awards, formal recognition).
* Eye health industry experience preferred.
* Ability to identify and address customer needs, provide tailored solutions, and effectively drive sales growth within assigned territories.
* Must demonstrate strong interpersonal and collaborative skills with the ability to plan, prioritize, and manage customer accounts, as well as effectively handle administrative responsibilities.
* Excellent written and verbal communication, and presentation skills are required along with strong financial and analytical acumen.

**A Day in the Life**

This is a **field based** role. We are seeking a committed professional to join our team, required to reside within the territory and drive to multiple accounts throughout the region. + Project professional company image in the field and at any company sponsored event.
+ Manage all inventory systems as described by Medtronic policy.

+ Utilize software resources available.
+ Ability to provide weekend and emergent case support as needed.
+ Identify mutual opportunities and support customer relationships with other Medtronic business units.
+ Identify Targets and measure growth on a quarterly basis (DM/ATM/TM)
+ High level communication with business partners (TM, CS, DM)

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
+ Bachelor's or master's degree in a related technical discipline.
+ Certification as a Radiologic Technologist (RT).
+ Certification as a Certified Imaging Informatics Professional (CIIP).
+ Experience with network configuration and IT application integration within Healthcare and PACS/RIS/HIS/SR.
+ DICOM, HL7 and PACS/RIS/HIS/SR experience.
+ Database schema and data analytics experience.
Employees can expect to be paid a salary of between $125,000 - $187,000. Additional compensation may include a bonus or commission (if relevant). Additional benefits include health care, vision, dental, retirement, PTO, sick leave, etc. This salary range is merely an estimate and may vary based on an applicant's location, market data/ranges, an applicant's skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications, and other relevant factors.

Seed Tech
The Seed Technician will be responsible for operating machinery/equipment for the Production/Processing/Packaging/or Warehousing process, ensuring that the production process happens safely, effectively and with quality in alignment with general procedures of the area. * Comply with internal procedures and support compliance with legal requirements applicable to area activities.
* Participate and prepare to lead Daily Direction Setting (DDS) meetings as needed; articulating shift objectives and allocating resources accordingly across all active production areas.
* Support and maintain metrics and relevant information on current Visual Management boards to drive teamwork and facilitate shift change over.

PURPOSE
The Computed Tomography Sales Consultant is responsible for driving revenue growth and market share for Bayer's computed tomography (CT) and cardiovascular (CV) portfolio, including injectors, contrast media, and related software and workflow solutions. They generate demand for the CT / CV portfolio by leveraging territory knowledge, strong customer relationships, and consultative expertise across systems, stakeholders, and contracts. The Computed Tomography Sales Consultant sells, coordinates, and promotes products and services, while mentoring internal teams and leading impactful sales and marketing presentations. The span of coverage will be from Phoenix, AZ, covering south into Tucson, and into New Mexico, covering south towards Juarez and north past Albuquerque and Santa Fe.The candidate is preferred to reside in the Phoenix, AZ area as that is the center of the territory. The Candidate must be domiciled within the territory.
KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
* Achieve sales and revenue targets for the Computed Tomography portfolio within assigned accounts and territory;
* Build strong relationships with radiology leaders, CT technologists, procurement, and Value Analysis Committees to expand Bayer's CT presence to promote Bayer Radiology products/services/solutions to exceed sales goals;
* Identify key decision-makers and navigate complex buying processes across systems and accounts to build Bayer sphere of influence within the account;
* Develop and execute a territory business plan that identifies key accounts, stakeholders, and growth opportunities by establishing clear goals and resource allocation (coverage, sampling, grants, education);
* Partner and proactively communicate with account managers (National Account Managers (NAMs), Strategic Account Managers (SAMs) and Account Managers (AMs), working accountably to their delivery on activities) and cross-functional colleagues (Service, Clinical, Medical) to integrate CT solutions into strategic accounts;

* Ensure strong customer relationship management (CRM) discipline by maintaining accurate pipeline data, documenting key stakeholders, logging activities, and leveraging sales reports to inform territory strategy;
* Act as a proactive business partner to Customer Squad team, sharing insights on customer trends internally and contribute toward strategic account plans;
* Provide complete reports on sales, market activity, and technical inquiries to leadership;

**Qualifications**
