Lead the development of ServiceNow applications, ensuring alignment with business objectives and best practices. Provide technical expertise and guidance to other ServiceNow developers. Develop, configure, and enhance ServiceNow applications. Stay current with ServiceNow products, features, and industry trends to drive innovation. Conduct technical assessments and provide recommendations for improving existing ServiceNow implementations. Conduct reviews of functionality developed by ServiceNow development team and perform unit, system, and integration testing. Debug and fix technical problems. Support the development of detailed technical and functional documentation. Provide demonstrations of developed applications to product owners and end users. Participate in platform upgrade activities, including regression testing and reconfiguration. Ensure the security, scalability, and maintainability of ServiceNow solutions. What You Will Need: Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD "SECRET" security clearance; candidates must obtain approved adjudication of clearance prior to onboarding with Guidehouse. Minimum Years of Experience: 5 years of ServiceNow experience. Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor's degree. Experience with Software Development Lifecycle methodologies, deliverables, and controls. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Expertise in ServiceNow Modules such as GRC, SPM, and ITSM, as well as with App Engine and Scoped Apps. Experience with web services integration, specifically Mid-Server, SOAP, and REST, preferred. Strong experience with scripting (JavaScript, Glide, AngularJS), Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub. Experience with Software Development Lifecycle methodologies, deliverables, and controls. Experience working in an Agile environment. Strong analytical, problem-solving skills. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and establish rapport with a diverse array of people at all levels. Ability to self-direct, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks and demands. Heightened attention to detail when developing technical solutions Must be US Citizen. What Would Be Nice To Have: Experience with ServiceNow automated testing framework (ATF). Ability to commute to client or corporate offices within the Washington, DC metropolitan area 2-3 days per week. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science. Information Technology or Business. ServiceNow certifications (e.g., CSA, CIS, CAD) Experience with web services integration, specifically Mid-Server, SOAP and REST preferred. Agile, SCRUM or SAFe certifications. General understanding of financial management aspects (i.e., financial operations, financial innovation, internal control, risk management, etc.), particularly in a federal environment.
