In this Function You Will
* Disassemble, inspect, disposition and reassemble customer field returns in accordance with component overhaul manuals and/or other approved technical documents.
* Perform all tasks to the FAA, EASA and CAAC approved procedures.
* Prepare a concise and accurate documentation package for every repaired or overhauled unit.
* Develop a clear understanding of all FAA, EASA, and CAAC approved procedures. Maintain a current knowledge of all requirements.
* Communicate with management and co-workers as required to ensure the efficient processing of repairs through the MRO facility.
* Effectively communicate with internal departments such as quality, customer service, stock room, etc. and effectively communicate with external customers and auditors as required.
* Ensure that all required training/re-training requirements are achieved and properly documented for FAA record keeping. Participate in departmental continuous improvement projects
* Perform other duties as directed by your supervisor, which could include receiving/shipping, final test, pump testing and non-destructive testing.
Required Qualifications
* High School Diploma or GED equivalent from an accredited institution
* Minimum of two years experience in the maintenance of mechanical devices such as pumps, motors, etc.
* Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship, now or in the future.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience in an Aerospace environment.
* Ability to use measurement and other specialized measuring equipment.
* Understands CMM"s, S/B"s, engineering drawings and repair sketches.

Diesel Mechanic Position Summary:
This position is required to safely and accurately perform general property and vehicle maintenance & repair duties in and around the shop operations in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge and understanding basic preventative maintenance and repair techniques of Class 5 through Class 8 commercial vehicles to include tank trailer inspection and maintenance related to the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) regulations is required.
Diesel Mechanic Essential Functions:
All fleet mechanic positions will be required to perform vehicle maintenance & repair duties safely and accurately in and around the shop operations in a fast-paced environment.
Fleet Mechanic Apprentices will receive hands on training and instruction on preventive maintenance/inspections/repairs of Class 5 through Class 8 Commercial Vehicles and maintenance/inspection of tank trailers.
Fleet Mechanic Levels I & II will learn and become proficient utilizing the company's maintenance software program to create and complete work orders and maintain work order/vehicle maintenance records. They will also train/assist other technicians in performing preventive/repair of facilities and equipment to include trucks, tractors, and trailers.
Fleet Mechanic Level III will build on the duties from Diesel Mechanic I/II and become qualified as necessary with appropriate certifications to perform new technology evaluations, diagnosis, and repairs.
HM183 will build on the duties of a Level III Diesel Mechanic, Certified as a (DOT) commercial motor vehicle inspector in compliance with FMCSR's
Has been signing test forms as the Registered Inspector for at least 3 years.

Valid Driver's License

Holds a current Air Brake Certification in compliance with FMSCR 396.25 or has at least 1 year of verifiable experience with the ability to obtain Air Brake Certification through KAG
EPA 609 certification (Motor Vehicle Air Conditioning Repair) or the ability to obtain certification through KAG

Diesel Mechanic Position Summary:
This position is required to safely and accurately perform general property and vehicle maintenance & repair duties in and around the shop operations in a fast-paced environment. Diesel Mechanic Essential Functions:
All fleet mechanic positions will be required to perform vehicle maintenance & repair duties safely and accurately in and around the shop operations in a fast-paced environment.
Fleet Mechanic Apprentices will receive hands on training and instruction on preventive maintenance/inspections/repairs of Class 5 through Class 8 Commercial Vehicles and maintenance/inspection of tank trailers.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING. OTHER DUTIES MAY BE ASSIGNED.
Ensure the operational viability of the plant by evaluating and maintaining the proper functioning of all electrical, instrumentation, and control systems.
Involvement with process instrumentation and automation equipment specifying and selecting control equipment to maximize automation efforts.
Maintain proper documentation of electrical, instrumentation and automation systems and keep files up to date including process instrumentation diagrams, block diagrams, and drawings.
Hands on experience with PLC/DCS and HMI architecture to aid in troubleshooting
Performs ladder logic programming and troubleshooting for PLC's.
Knowledge of AC/DC circuits, motors and drives.
Determines the existence of electrical hazards and problems. Safely isolate, ground, and prepare circuits for electrical apparatus for repairs.
Perform preventative maintenance such as changing contacts, checking motors, and the operation of automated and robotic systems.
Adheres and actively participate in lock out/tag out practices and procedures. Keeps all documentation up to date of lock out/tag out and works with Safety Director to maintain safe practices.
Assists Operations Manager, supervisors, and maintenance lead with the operation of the predictive and preventative maintenance program.
Inspects and ensures that all operating machines and equipment conform to electrical and mechanical operational quality standards.
Requisitions tools, electrical test equipment and maintenance supplies required for plant operation.
Confers with plant manager, production manager, supervisors, and other appropriate personnel to resolve maintenance problems and recommends measures to improve operations and conditions of machines, equipment and processes.
Keeps maintenance area neat, clean and orderly; cleans up after completing maintenance work throughout the plant.
Records and files complete machine histories relating to maintenance problems and cures, troubleshooting methods, services required, spare parts and parts vendors.

The Engine Technician will effectively provide maintenance, repair and overhaul services to PT6A engine series. This includes, but is not limited to, disassemble, clean, evaluate, repair and assemble turbine engines. Experience is a plus but not a requirement.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Essential function includes:
Maintain, repair and overhaul service to PT6A & PT6T engines
Read and interpret maintenance and overhaul manuals.
Replace or repair worn, defective or damaged components
Disassembly, clean, evaluate, repair and assemble turbine engines
Ideal candidates offer:
3 years' experience in aviation maintenance environment, preferably on PT6A/PT6T series
A&P License preferred but not required
Pratt Whitney turbine engine experience a plus

A valid clear driver's license
Must have own hand tools. Special tooling will be supplied by company

Job Summary:
The Engineering Technologist will assist in the design, development, and testing of aerospace and turbomachinery components in support of customer programs.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Support the engineering team in developing design sketches, layouts, schematics, 3D models, and drawings.
Assist in the selection of materials and components and help identify product specifications.
Support the definition of input boundary conditions (loads, pressures, temperatures, etc.) for analysis.

Accepts full ownership of assigned projects from pre-planning to delivery of the engine through planning, prioritizing, and communicating with customers, Company personnel, OEM's, outside contractors and vendors, as necessary. Ensures the safety and security of customer's equipment during all maintenance phases.
* Assists with managing and maintaining adequate and appropriate parts inventory certification, calibration of assigned tooling, working condition and cleanliness of support vehicles.
* Be available to provide a continuation of service and be a point of contact for internal or external customers before or after scheduled hours of work.

Position Overview
This position as part of the Advanced Manufacturing Engineering (AME) organization will be responsible for supporting building battery prototypes within the Battery Engineering organization, the design and development of novel manufacturing equipment and processes to develop new battery pack designs. You will be responsible for assisting in development and build of highly complex electro-mechanical and opto- mechanical systems in Healdsburg, CA. In this hands-on role, you'll be responsible for assisting in the development, assembly, testing, system integration and troubleshooting of stabilized optical gimbal systems used in advanced imaging and motion platforms, in an AS9100/ISO9001 environment. You'll work closely with engineering teams to ensure precision, performance, and reliability in every system we deliver. These advanced technologies are primarily employed in maritime and aerial environments, where your expertise will contribute to our ongoing pursuit of excellence. This is a non-exempt, non- supervisory, full-time position.
Primary Responsibilities:
Assemble, test, and troubleshoot stabilized optical gimbal systems and complex electrooptical/electromechanical assemblies
Perform detailed diagnostics and repairs on optics, electronics, mechanical assemblies, printed circuit assemblies (PCAs), custom cable harnesses, and control system issues
Set up and operate test apparatus for electrical, optical, and mechanical systems; adjust and calibrate as needed
Identify root causes of failures and implement corrective actions; generate Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs)
Conduct functional and performance testing using specialized equipment
Collaborate with engineering teams to improve designs, resolve technical issues, and support documentation development
Interface with suppliers and customers as needed; support lab and field-testing activities
Ensure timely completion of tasks to meet customer delivery schedules
Perform additional duties as assigned; occasional travel (up to 20%)
Document assembly and test results; develop and maintain procedures, fixtures, and tracking systems
