    Job Description Bella Santé Day Spa(s) is currently recruiting for talented Licensed Massage Therapists to join our prestigious team. Full-time/Part-time positions available at our Lexington, Wellesley and Boston (Newbury Street) locations. Both experienced LMT's and recent LMT graduates are encouraged to apply. Our Director of Training and Development is focused on training and the development of the massage therapy department. Through “boot camps”, workshops, trainings, and one to one sessions, together, we are creating a foundation which allows us to have a greater impact on our guests. Massage Therapists at Bella Santé Day Spa(s) are trained on an extensive service menu and product offering, including a range of organic and holistic body and wellness products specifically designed for Massage Therapists to educate their guests about and enhance their experience. We offer a steady flow of clientele and available work schedules to include days, nights and weekends. Employees at Bella Santé will experience orientation and in-house training. We will take care of the marketing, scheduling and provide the supplies in a well-stocked treatment rooms, allowing you to earn a great living doing what you love, using your skills to advance in a fast-growing company. We offer competitive pay and benefits (for qualifying employees) which include medical, dental, 401k, paid vacation and sick time and complimentary spa treatments and generous product discounts. Uniforms are paid for by the company. Pay Estimate: $50-$110+ per treatment, gratuities included. Minimum requirement is 2 shifts per week. Additionally, the Specialty BH Provider - Independently Licensed provides clinical supervision to BH Clinical Interns and non-licensed providers, as well as function as Manager on Duty as needed.
