SUMMARY: Under the administrative and clinical supervision of the Director of Lorain Programs, the Clinical Supervisor for the Child and Adolescent Group Therapy Services (CAGS) program is responsible for providing clinical supervision and training to assigned staff members. ESSENTIAL DUTIES: Provide administrative and clinical supervision to the program and staff including, but not limited to, hiring, supervision, evaluation, disciplinary actions and termination of employees. Provide clinical supervision and trainings to CAGS Staff and Field Placement Students. Facilitate the implementation of clinical planning for clients as designed by the treatment team. Assure all documents are up-to-date, including but not limited to: PDE, ITP, ICMP. Collaborate with parents, case managers, school personnel and other professionals on an as-needed basis to facilitate clients' treatment progress. Review and approve daily clinical progress notes of CAGS staff and Field Placement Students in accordance with applicable licensing and accreditation regulations and standards. Participate in research activities to provide for the evaluation of the program's effectiveness and consumer satisfaction. POSITION SUMMARY: Under the administrative/clinical supervision of the Clinical Director of UMTYS, the Community Independence Programs (CIP) Therapist, as a member of a treatment team, provides diagnostic assessment, behavioral health therapy and occasional therapeutic behavioral services (TBS)/community psychiatric supportive services (CPST) to clients and their natural supports. Provide adequate and appropriate supervision for all clients. This includes monitoring and observing a client's home residence at least twice a month. Recognize the significance of the primary natural supports in the client's life and demonstrate the skills to engage the client, primary natural supports and others as clinically indicated in the treatment planning process. Works a flexible work week and provides evening and weekend on-call coverage on a rotating basis. A minimum of 50% of their week is devoted to productivity. These services are designed to enhance and improve the social and emotional wellbeing of students in the school environment. Internship for Fall 2025 Program Summary: Our Clinical Services team works across multiple departments within Bellefaire JCB to provide comprehensive, compassionate care to our clients. Most curriculums follow evidence-based treatment, including Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) to treat clients that reside in mental health units on campus, as well as in foster care and independent living programs.
