Position Summary:
We are looking for a full time ClinicalTherapist to serve older children and teens. Our clients reside in mental health units on campus, as well as in foster care and independent living programs. In this role, you will have a small caseload of no more than five cases at a time as well as the opportunity to be a part of dynamic team where you can work alongside of and learn from your fellow clinicians.
Most curriculums follow evidence-based treatment, including Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). Additionally, our therapists have opportunities to develop curriculums under the clinical guidance of the program director. This opportunity allows you to learn and practice DBT under some of the best supervision in the state of Ohio. As a Clinical Services Therapist, you will have the ability to hone your clinical skills, grow your career with free training and supervision, and develop as a therapist while providing meaningful, value-driven work to clients in need. There is some flexibility in scheduling.
Responsibilities Include:
Provide professional clinical services, including but not limited to: biopsychosocial assessments, treatment plans and reviews, individual counseling, group counseling, family therapy, consultation, aftercare planning, and termination reports
Collaborate with respective treatment team members regarding treatment planning, progress, and ongoing needs in a timely and consistent manner
Responsible for group/team leading and clinical planning of therapeutic groups and individual clients involved in Day Treatment and Group Therapy
Assist in crisis intervention, problem resolution and process discussions with clients on an assigned and an as needed basis

Under the direction of a Behavioral Consultant, or Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA), the Behavioral Technician directs, guides, teaches, mentors students with autism, and teaches/mentors new hires for behavioral/educational instructors. Uses the Applied Behavioral Analyses (ABA) techniques to reinforce desired behaviors set up through the programming. **ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:**
+ Provides one on one and small group instructions implementing daily and weekly programs as assigned by lead staff as well as assisting students in class routines and transitioning between activities
+ Uses ABA techniques to develop skills and behaviors as set up by the BCBA in areas of recreation, communication, motor, vocational, and socialization
+ Reinforce behaviors through the use of positive behavior supports as established by the ABA consultant

As a Behavior Technician, you will play a key role in implementing individualized support plans tailored to each student's unique strengths, goals, and needs. A caregiver in this position works Monday through Friday, from 8:00am-4:30pm.
A caregiver who excels in this role will:
* Work under the clinical supervision of the Behavior Analyst to provide behavior-analytic services to multiple patients with autism spectrum disorder and related developmental disabilities in an outpatient setting.
* Acquire baseline data and implement approved treatment plan using applied behavior analysis neutrally and consistently.
* Implement discrete trial teaching procedures across a variety of patients and functioning levels.
* Apply reinforcement procedures effectively, utilize SDs that are clear, concise and consistent.
* Utilize prompt fading, shaping, and chaining procedures.
* Assist Outpatient Behavior Analyst in conducting functional behavior assessments to include conducting a record review and Functional Assessment Interview, define behavior and choose appropriate method of data collection, summarize environment, setting events, and medical information.
* Communicate effectively with parents regarding progress, troubleshoot, generalization strategies for home, and other elements of parent training as designated by Outpatient Behavior Analyst.
* Participate in required supervision with Outpatient Behavior Analyst.
Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:
* Associate's Degree OR six months of ABA experience
* 40-hour coursework for Registered Behavior Technician Certification (RBT) before hire
* Completion of an RBT competency assessment and exam within 30 days of hire OR BCBA or BCaBA Certification
* Computer efficiency
* Ability to work and build rapport with patients of diverse backgrounds
Preferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:

POSITION SUMMARY:
The Licensed Group Facilitator is a member of a multi-disciplinary treatment team and is responsible for the development, implementation and management of curriculum and treatment of youth referred to the Child and Adolescent Group Services (CAGS).
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
Responsible for documentation including, but not limited to:
Develop and update treatment plans for all clients.
Document results of treatment plan reviews for all clients on a semi-annual basis or at the request of parent.
Responsible for daily/progress notes for therapeutic service hours delivered, as shared with other facilitators within the groups.
Responsible for weekly summaries of assigned youth within ASP.
Complete appropriate summary report when a client ends participation in ASP (discharge, transfer or closing summary).
Report all incidents and documents the same day to the ASP Clinical Supervisor.
Administer appropriate therapeutic groups to youth within various clinical topics as directed via curriculum based on individual client treatment needs.
Provide required amount of delivery hours per week for this position.
Responsible for group/team leading and clinical planning of therapeutic groups and individual clients involved in ASP.
Supervise client activities and is accountable for whereabouts and safety of clients during ASP time.
Protect clients from physical and emotional harm emanating from themselves, others, or the environment including use of the Therapeutic Crisis Model of Intervention, utilizing physical restraints as necessary.
Assist in crisis intervention, problem resolution and process discussions with clients on an assigned and an as needed basis.
Responsible for the planning and curriculum writing of groups being lead. These curriculums are to be completed and approved by the After School Program Clinical Supervisor prior to all group sessions and are due prior to the commencement of any new therapeutic group.
Curriculums must be based upon individual client treatment goals and supported by treatment team plans.
Responsible for following the planned curriculum and documenting when there are changes from the clinical planning for clients.
Participate cooperatively and flexibly in daily client transportation to and from the ASP.
Report all special incidents and documents the same to ASP Supervisor.
Attendance to staffings, as necessary for youth and family.
Contribute to the development and maintenance of the clinical record through the timely completion of assigned documentation in accordance with applicable licensing and accreditation regulations and standards.
OTHER DUTIES:
Stay current with all training requirements.
Attend scheduled staff meetings, supervision, and on-going training.
All required trainings, certifications and licensure must be kept current in accordance with applicable licensing and accreditation regulations and standards.
Respect the privacy of clients and hold in confidence all information obtained during the client's treatment. All client-related documents should be handled in accordance with Agency guidelines on confidential material.
Maintain high standards of ethical and professional conduct and adhere to Agency policies and procedures.
