POSITION SUMMARY:
We are looking for a Child & Adolescent Group Services Therapeutic Behavioral Services (TBS) Specialist for our Child and Adolescent Group Services program. This program provides intensive group counseling for children ages 9.5-17 and is facilitated by licensed mental health clinicians with expertise in child and family counseling. Children referred to the program must meet defined clinical criteria and must demonstrate at least minimal ability to participate in group treatment. The TBS Specialist will assist in coping skills development, anger management, and identification of feelings, communication, interpersonal skill development, and other group treatment concerns.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
Maintain awareness of client's emotional condition and facilitate the daily care of clients by providing emotional support, assistance and motivation; assure that basic social, emotional and physical needs are met.
Participate in client's progress by monitoring and evaluating client response to treatment, attending staff meetings and client treatment plan reviews, and completing required paperwork.
Provide a structured environment and provide day-to-day care of clients, which includes: care of sick clients in coordination with medical staff and assist them in obtaining medical help, appropriate communication with guardians, school staff and other treatment team members in terms of client progress, critical incidents and other relevant information, etc.
Assist in client transportation and other group activities in accordance with established guidelines.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field.
Experience working with children, adolescents and their families.
Must have and maintain a valid driver's license and driving record that meets the underwriting criteria of the Agency's insurance company.
Must be approved by Bellefaire to transport clients in agency and/or own vehicle.

Onsite training required, but once training is complete, position can work remotely. As a Client Engagement Specialist, you will provide excellent customer service on all transactions and are responsible for communicating with customers including patients, physicians, providers, and internal customers, and provide accurate and timely resolution to all inquiries and issues. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
1. After training period, show proficiency and have documented competency with various applications, websites and functions.
2. Provide first-level support on incoming calls from internal and external customers using appropriate iCARE guidelines and skills taught in identified Customer Service training module.
3. Work Directly with Client Engagement Leadership as needed for escalated calls regarding complaints, complex issues beyond agent s scope, etc.
4. Awareness of and participation in all Department metrics and goals designed to maximize quality and efficiencies to meet department goals and department Quality Indicators.
5. Read and understand all Department Policies and Procedures related to Client Engagement and to TriCore.
6. For promotion, eligibility must meet all current Department Metrics and accuracy standards for 10 of 12 months in a rolling calendar year.
7. Perform other assigned duties to meet the customer s requirements with direction of leadership.

Position Summary:
The Therapeutic Behavioral Service (TBS) Specialist, under the administrative/clinical supervision of the Clinical Director of Clinical Services, provides Therapeutic Behavioral Services to clients, their families, and/or significant others as needed. Accept case assignments - stepping down from a higher level of care - from the clinical supervisor and jointly develop tasks and interventions that implement treatment goals.
Provide services to each client in accordance with medical necessity and as outlined in the client's treatment plan.
Recognize the significance of the parent and/or caregiver in the client's life and demonstrate the skills to engage the client, primary family, and other supportive adults in the treatment planning process.

You'll be responsible for assessing risk to self and others, ensuring caller safety, and linking to care. Also, you must be able to communicate with professionalism and with the highest regard for customer service. Primary Responsibilities
Answers Crisis Hotline/ 988 calls
Asks each crisis hotline caller required screening questions
Understands when to dispatch MRT (mobile response team)
Schedules crisis assessments or priority assessments
Demonstrates ability to de-escalate callers
Consults with supervisor about case interventions when needed
Assist clients with scheduling or program questions, medication refills, basic billing questions, over the phone payments, medical records
Verifies client demographic information
Maintains communication with the caller until the issue is resolved or question is answered
Knowledgeable about agency policies and procedures
May be responsible for covering an evening shift and flex overtime
Performs some receptionist duties
Provides support to the clinical staff of the agency as needed. Types clinician correspondences, sends faxes, scans necessary documents to ECR and makes copies within one workday of receiving request to do so

What You Should Know About the Hospitality & Cleanliness Specialist Role:
This is a Full Time position, 40 hrs per week, with varied day/evening hours of 7a-3:30p; 10a-6:30p; and 3p-11:30p and an every other weekend/holiday rotation
The position will be for coverage for our Dayton Hospice House Inpatient facility, but will need to float to our Middletown and Troy Hospice House IPU's as needed
