You will complete certifications from Dell and Lenovo as part of your onboarding. Certifications are online and free to you.

You must have access to a computer and the Internet to log onto your portal each day.
You must be available to log into your tech portal each morning you are working by 9 am to code your calls and map out your route for the day.
The manufacturer has completed troubleshooting and shipped a part prior to your ticket being issued to you.
You will confirm service times with the customer in your tech portal. Services will be completed at the customer site (residential and commercial)
You will pick up parts daily from the assigned Fed Ex or UPS store for your territory before going onsite. Once all calls are completed for the day drop off the old parts with the pre-paid label that is provided.

Responsibilities
Here's what to expect as a Community Participation Supports, Supervisor:
Oversee the development of the curriculum and content of Community Participation Supports.
Support a program with up to 30 individuals.
Conduct, develop and implement initial individual evaluations in coordination with county supports coordinator.
Ensure the development of appropriate plans and strategies for support services that are based upon individual behaviors, activities, and environment.
Develop and enhance partnerships with individuals, staff members, and external stakeholders.
Implement individual-focused initiatives that enhance the individual experience and support a Servant Leader culture, with a focus on individual satisfaction.
Apply leadership strategies to maximize individual and employee engagement.
Qualifications
Minimum requirements as a Community Participation Supports, Supervisor:
Associates degree, or 60 credit hours from an accredited college or university and 4 years of prior work experience with intellectual and developmental disabilities, and/or autism
Or Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university and 2 years of prior work experience with intellectual and developmental disabilities, and/or autism
Or Master's degree from an accredited college or university and 1 year of prior work experience with intellectual and developmental disabilities, and/or autism
A valid driver's license and 6 months of previous driving experience
Access to vehicle with valid insurance, registration, and inspection
Ability to communicate, read, write, and interpret English
Preferred, but not required:
Knowledge of applicable compliance regulations (i.e., Chapter 51, 2380, 6400)
Multi-Site Management experience
Developmental Planning and Goal Setting experience

General Function Manager on Duty (MOD) in our facility a pivotal role in overseeing daily operations during their shifts, especially when the Director of Operations is not present. This dynamic position requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and exceptional customer service skills to ensure a safe, efficient, and enjoyable experience for staff and customers. Job Responsibilities· Maintain a clean facility by regularly addressing needs in reception, lobby, activity areas and throughout the building.· Use daily MoD checklist to create a regular pattern of opening, closing and daily activity and for trackable communication with other MoDs and facility management.· Lead in set up, configuration and clean up for all programs and special events or rental events.· Provide a positive user experience by anticipating and addressing all user concerns in a positive manner while supporting facility goals, programs and policies.· Supervise customer service, café, event and other facility staff in absence of program directors, ensuring smooth daily operations and proper daily closings.· Provide guidance and training to direct service staff as needed.· Supervise league games and staff (including referees) for all adult soccer leagues and other leagues as requested, and update league scores in Daysmart daily upon completion of games. · Be knowledgeable about programs and facility calendar, capture and direct prospect lead information, direct inquiries to appropriate staff.· Safely secure the facility at the end of closing shifts, including locking doors, activating alarms, and conducting final security and safety checks.· Administer the facility's Emergency Action Plan (EAP) as necessary and handle crisis management situations effectively.· Assist in the coordination and execution of large events and tournaments, gradually taking on a leadership role in managing events independently.· Additional tasks as assigned by Director of Operations and/or General Manager. Education/Experience Required· At the minimum, some high school level education required.· Adequate experience as determined by Director of Operations. Training/Certifications Required· The Nittany Valley Sports Centre will cover the expense of staff certifications so therefore staff will not be paid hourly to attend the certification course. Limitations regarding re-certifications are as follows:o The NVSC will only cover the re-certification cost for staff that plan to remain with the NVSC for 6 months after re-certification.o Staff not continuing employment with the NVSC are required to pay the cost of re-certification.· Current American Red Cross, ASHI or American Heart Association CPR/AED certification (valid 2 years). Must be acquired within 30 days of hire.· Current First Aid (valid 2 years). Must be acquired within 30 days of hire.· Successful completion of background check as conducted by General Manager.
Physical and Mental Conditions· Must be able to see, hear and verbally respond to customers.· Required to stand, walk, sit, reach with hands and arms, climb stairs, balance, and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl, talk, and hear.· Dexterity requirements range from simple to coordinated movements of appendages and torso to carry out job duties.· Specific vision abilities required include close vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus· Light to medium work, with occasional lifting/carrying of objects with weights up to 75 pounds.· Must be able to cope with the physical and mental stress of the position.· Must be able to endure long periods of work without a break.· Work part of the time outdoors if applicable. Responsibilities
Description of Position: The Program/Outreach Coordinator will support the Salvation Army State College Service Center. In this role, you will assist / collaborate with the Regional Manager and Caseworker/Program Facilitator to support ongoing annual programs such as camp recruitment, Back-To-School assistance events, Coats for the Kids events. A significant aspect will involve coordinating the Red Kettle Fundraising Campaign, entailing sponsorship and volunteer management, engaging with businesses, and overseeing bell ringing logistics. You will foster community connections by partnering with local organizations and businesses to promote The Salvation Army State College Service Center. You will maintain social Media presence that is related to the service center and its activities. You will contribute to various fundraising and community events, assist with correspondence and mailings related to the red kettle campaign, and engage in approved projects under the guidance of the Regional Manager. Your comprehensive efforts will play a pivotal role in amplifying the center's positive impact within the community and providing valuable assistance where needed. Additionally, this position performs related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Requirements:
High School education or equivalent with clerical experience preferred.
Working knowledge of office equipment
Excellent oral and communication skills
Must be self-motivated, organized, creative.
Computer skills and knowledge of how to use various computer programs: MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.), and social media.
Must have a valid Driver's License.
As a Mandated Reporter, must provide proof of having completed training on recognizing and reporting child abuse meeting the training standards of PA Act 153 of 2014 within 30 days of employment with recurrent training required every five years thereafter.
Meets the Child Protection Clearances required by PA Act 153 to include PA Child Abuse History Clearance, PA State Police Criminal Record Check and FBI Criminal Record Check.
Must possess an understanding of and support the mission of The Salvation Army.

Position Details
The Licensed Behavior Consultant, in collaboration with other members of the treatment team, designs and directs the implementation of a behavior modification intervention plan which is individualized to each child or adolescent and family needs. The Behavior Consultant identifies behavioral goals and intervention techniques and recommends non-aversive behavioral change methods.
The Licensed Behavior Consultant typically serves as consultant to, and as requested by the Mobile Therapist within the treatment team. While maintaining some direct contact with child and family, the BC primarily provides assessment; program design and monitoring rather than direct therapy. The BC is expected to participate in team meetings. When questions or conflict around behavioral paradigms arise in other systems, such as school, (e.g., a review of a behavior paradigm to help the child remain in school), the BC may participate as a consultant in a special child-centered, family focused meetings along with the therapist.
