    Territory Manager (Outside Sales) for the Northern Ohio Area Belt Power LLC is a full service distributor and fabricator specializing in the fulfillment of conveyor system requirements for the processing, manufacturing, and material handling industry. We place an emphasis on providing quality, value added components; as well as local service capabilities to support our customers needs. Our product line ranges from all types of conveyor belting, conveying equipment and components, belting accessories, hose and fitting products, plastics, gasket, and power transmission products. Job Summary: As a Territory Manager at Belt Power, LLC, you will service and develop existing accounts while acquiring and growing new accounts. Responsibilities Include: Maintain and develop business relationships with current customers in the assigned territory to maintain current business and generate new business. Demonstrate products and services to existing customers and assist them in selecting those best suited to their needs Promote/ sell/ secure orders from existing customers through a relationship based and consultative selling approaches Assist and support company sales team servicing adjacent territories Make telephone calls, in-person visits, and deliver presentations Make joint calls with distributors. Coordinate sales with the inside sales team / Account Managers to generate customer quotes and order status. Effectively manage execution of contracts Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, competitive activities, and potential for new products Keep up to date on product applications, technical services, market conditions, competitive activities, advertising, and promotional trends through the reading of relevant literature and consulting with marketing and technical team. Develop and execute quarterly sales business plans Participate in trade shows and conventions Follow up with customers regarding their pending quotes and other opportunities Create and analyze sales reports on weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis Other duties as assigned Requirements: Previous outside sales experience in industrial distribution preferred Experience with conveyors and/or automation preferred Highly responsive to and respectful of customer needs 24/7 availability to customers Attention to detail and observant in discussions with customers Competency in Microsoft Office Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Overtime hours and weekend work may be required Travel including overnight Valid driver s license and clean driving record Must be able to pass a drug screen, and background check Desired characteristics: Ability and desire to quickly learn new processes and systems Reliability, integrity, accuracy, teamwork, positive attitude, organized, intelligent, proactive, and adaptable Organization and prioritization skills; attention to detail Ability to work as a part of a team and collaborate with colleagues Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Physical Demands: The Territory Manager may lift and / or move up to 50 pounds and will require manual dexterity and strength in arms and feet to manipulate equipment controls. Could be in a sitting, standing, bending, kneeling, or sitting position for long periods of time. Work Environment: While performing the duties of this position, the Territory Manager will be regularly exposed to working near moving and mechanical parts and equipment. The noise level in the work environment can be loud. Position Type and Expected Hours of Work: This is a full-time position in office, shop, and at the customer site. Typical workdays and hours are Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm. Frequent overnight, overtime hours, and weekend work may be required. Pay Range: $80,000 - $95,000 a year

Develop strategies and tactical plans to achieve sales goals and increase market share working in the direct assigned territory and working with the RSMs that report directly to this position. Drive territory sales and development through regular RSM and customer interaction and by providing information on available products and services. Provide regular reporting of key account activities, sales win/loss and competitive updates within all territories. Prepare and present sales presentations to create product understanding/awareness and to ensure these sales materials are applied effectively and consistently across all territories. Monitor and report on market trends and conditions, competitive products and pricing, sales activities of competitors, existing and new product sales potential, and other related information as appropriate. This information must be pulled from the RSMs reporting to this role. Identify and properly qualify business and customer opportunities and compile list of prospective sales/leads from all territories. Manage assigned territories to identify and meet with existing and prospective customers and provide sales presentations and product updates. Support all RSMs to do the same. Investigate and help resolve customer satisfaction issues. Take charge in all territories so the RSMs may focus on selling and not get bogged down with quality issues. Strike a balance. Actively manage weekly sales itinerary to adequately cover assigned territory in a time-efficient manner and ensure the RSMs in all territories are doing the same. This role must specifically focus on the sales activities of the RSMs and ensure they are using their time effectively. A balance of “on the road”, in office and other must be achieved and effective. Prepare sales call reports and monthly 30-60-90 sales forecasts and ensure the RSMs do the same. Works with and manages Agents and Agent strategies where applicable. This must be done consistently across all territories. Attend territory trade shows when it makes sense to do so and drive local and regional events to increase brand awareness. Be 100% accountable to the performance and results generated by all RSMs reporting to this role. Schedule performance and review meetings with the assigned regional sales managers TRAVEL: 50 - 80% travel is anticipated. Routine travel to various domestic customer and distributor locations will be required. A valid driver's license and passport are required for this position. Job Description ServiceNow is looking for a Sr. Manager of Global Sales Development (GSD), responsible for managing a team of Sales Development Representatives who manage opportunity identification and creation for our field sales organization. The GSD Manager drives performance by managing the team to achieve monthly, quarterly and annual goals. What you get to do in this role: Provide leadership to your team. Oversee new hire onboarding and ongoing coaching on effectiveness, productivity, call quality, and systems use Manage quota achievement on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis Align team activities with Marketing and Sales priorities. Participate in developing Marketing and Sales campaigns to achieve pipeline and goals Ensure accurate and reporting of metric with territories assigned in the CRM system Prepare reports for Director, Global Sales Development Perform a monthly performance appraisal for all personnel and administer performance improvement plans for any under performance Provide input to senior leadership in the development and administration of incentive compensation programs.
