Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: High School Diploma or GED required. Current Food Handler Certificate (or within 30 days of hire). Previous experience in a food service setting. Must be able to demonstrate a cooperative work relationship. Good interpersonal and communication skills are important. Ability to follow JCAHO regulations for food handling, sanitation, and food preparation desired.
