These are accomplished through the Uniform Financial Statements and Independent Auditor's Report (UFR) which contractors must file with OSD on an annual basis. The UFR eFile system allows human and social service contractors to file their annual financial statements online. Key Responsibilities: Review and analyze UFR documentation submitted electronically by Human Services, Social Services and private special education programs. Document review includes but is not limited to the Independent Auditor's report on financial statements, internal controls, and compliance, the vendor's Statement of Position, Statement of Activities, Statement of Cash Flow, and Statement of Functional Expenses, OSD Expenditure and Federal funds listing letter, Auditing Services Checklist etc. Prepare detailed work papers confirming contractor's compliance or non-compliance with applicable laws and regulations including but not limited to contract compliance, over/under billing, surplus funds undocumented expenditures and the identification of non-reimbursable costs.
