This role works Monday through Friday and has an on-call weekend scheduling rotation for Eagle Crest South. Our building is also home to memory care and independent living residents. What You'll Do * Assist residents with personal care, daily activities while helping them maintain their independence and dignity. * This position includes medication management, light housekeeping, and a variety of other related tasks. * Mentors and trains new and current staff on quality care practices, person-centered care, and daily tasks of their position. What You'll Need * Previous direct care experience, preferred * Experience with medication management, CNA. and/or CBRF certification is beneficial, but not required - We will train the right fit for our team! Our Wages * Our starting rate is between $18.50 + per hour, based on your experience and qualifications. Increases upon orientation completion. And regular wage reviews - we pay for high performance! * We also offer a $3.00 NOC, $0.75 PM, $ 2.00-weekend shift differential, and incentive pay. * These certifications are not required - we will train the right fit for our team!
