The Server position is responsible for accurately and efficiently serving meals to the residents, guests, and staff of Ridgecrest Village. Servers are responsible for cleaning tasks as assigned and keeping the kitchen/dining areas clean and sanitary. General Responsibilities: Serves meals in various dining rooms and carries trays. Receives and prepares meal orders. Delivers and pours beverages. Replenishes buffet line with appropriate food from kitchen. Assists in preparing meal trays. Tallies diet cards to ensure the appropriate dietary meals are assembled for health center patients. Places cold items on meal trays and at tables. Prepares simple foods, for example as required, i.e coffee, utilizing air fryer, griddle, crockpot, toaster, blender and use of knives for cutting food. Clears and resets dining tables after use. Assembles all supplies needed to set tables, silverware and condiments. Assists in routine dietary cleaning tasks and special cleaning at supervisor's request.
