In this role, you will assist residents in Assisted Living, Hight Acuity Assisted Living, Memory Care, and occasionally in Independent Living +.
This position is responsible for filling part-time roles and/or filling in for vacations, leaves, and/or vacancies, completing nursing tasks, supervision of resident care and services, ensuring that residents receive proper care and treatment, that their health and safety are protected and promoted and that their rights are respected. Our Assisted Living nurses are responsible for the supervision of the Resident Care Assistants regarding distribution and documentation of medications, treatments and side effects of medications, physical and behavioral assessments of residents, creation and maintenance of Individual Service Plans utilizing staff input, maintaining compliance with DHS 83 & DHS 89, Program statements, and Bethany Lutheran Homes, Inc. policies and procedures.
Requirements:
Must be currently licensed to practice in the State of Wisconsin as either a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse.
Valid driver's license with safe driving record
Must have demonstrated interest in gerontological nursing including rehabilitative and restorative clinical practices, diabetic care, memory care and end of life care
Experience working in assisted living, long-term care and/or community health is beneficial, but not required-We will train the right fit for our team!

Our Wages:
Our starting rate for Licensed Practical Nurses is between $30.00+ per hour, based on your experience and qualifications and our starting wages for Registered Nurses is between $39.50+ per hour, based on experience and qualifications. We'll review your wage at 6 months - we pay for high performance!

Job Summary

Job Summary

Education:
