Position Description Job Summary: The Accounts Payable Clerk assists with the compiling, processing, and maintenance of accounts payable records. Essential Functions: Focused. Review, code and verify invoices are properly entered into the financial system with supporting documentation. Dedication. Prepare and process weekly batch check runs, wire transfers and ACH. Post transactions to journals, ledgers, and other records Assist with monthly status reports and monthly closings. Mastery. Reconcile various vendor statements. Respect and engage. This position reports to the Controller. Job Duties: * Cash Management - Daily Deposits. * ACH Payments - Prepare import files for ACH payments. Maintain and organize invoices to be processed. * Scan completed payments for the team. * ACH Verification - Confirm ACH Enrollment information provided by customers and communicate with support office. * Accounts Payable - Print and review Accounts Payable checks daily. * Review all monthly vendor statements. * Review and process weekly transfers. * Front Desk Skills - Provide support to the front desk receptionist as needed. * This position is also a backup for the receptionist answering the phone and additional duties. * Must maintain the highest level of confidentiality working with sensitive information.
