If you know how to run a big loader safely, keep trucks loaded efficiently, and handle coal and overburden without contamination, this role is built for you. We want someone who works hard, communicates well, and takes pride in running equipment the right way. Responsibilities Operate a CAT 992 loader to load haul trucks with coal, overburden, and other materials. Maintain steady, safe loading cycles to support production targets and minimize truck wait times. Handle coal carefully to prevent contamination and maintain proper blend quality.
