Your Role The Stellarus Product Management team defines technology products and brings them to market to help Stellarus's health plan customers improve cost, quality, experience and growth. Stellarus is a sister company to Blue Shield of CA, serving Blue Shield of CA and other mission-aligned health plans across the country. The Product Operations Consultant will report to the Product Operations Director, Chief of Staff to Vice President of Product Management. In this role you will help drive governance, operational excellence and cross-functional alignment across the product and technology teams. It ensures seamless execution of strategic initiatives by coordinating with product teams to uphold delivery standards and optimize performance. Your Role The Blue Shield of California Promise Health Plan (BSCPHP) Finance team is responsible for implementing financial program requirements from Department of Healthcare Services (DHCS) and other regulators as well as monitoring Medi-Cal financial performance including budget variances, growth and cost trends, forecasts, scenario modeling, and financial reporting. Medi-Cal programs managed within BSCPHP Finance team include but are not limited to Proposition 56 Supplemental Payment program, Hospital and other Directed Payment programs, CalAIM Incentive Payment Programs, and Skilled Nursing Facility Incentive Programs. The Senior Financial Analyst will report to the Finance Analytics Senior Manager and will be responsible for preparing various routine and on-demand tasks and reports that might involve extracting, manipulating, and analyzing data related to Medi-Cal line of Business and its various programs.

Your Role The Stellarus finance team provides financial support to Stellarus, a new technology company being grown within the Ascendiun family of companies. The Financial Analyst, Senior will report to the Director of Finance for Stellarus. In this role you will be responsible for supporting day to day finance operations including partnering with all aspects of the Stellarus leadership team and with the accounting & corporate controllers team. You will own budgeting and planning for all non-technology functions of Stellarus, as well as partnering with accounting to ensure appropriate transfer pricing and intercompany transactions are being booked. In addition, you will provide ad hoc financial support for ongoing business cases for both products and new partners.
