The Customer Service Representative position provides routine and intermediate branch and customer service by accurately and efficiently completing basic cash receipt and payment services in the lobby and/or drive-up window in accordance with Bank policies and procedures; and with banking laws and regulations. This position actively promotes business for the Bank by maintaining good customer relations and cross selling Bank products and services.
Supervisor Responsibilities
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Receives checks and cash for deposits to accounts; verifies amounts, examines checks for proper endorsement, and currency for genuine characteristics.
Examines checks deposited to determine proper funds availability based on regulations and places hold as necessary.
Enters deposits into computer records, and issues customer receipts.
Receives payments for consumer, mortgage and other loans ensuring payments match balances due. Enters payments into computer and generates customer receipts.
Performs advances for line of credit loans and ensures the availability of funds/undisbursed amounts.
Cashes checks and processes withdrawals; pays out money after verification of signatures, endorsements and customer balances.
Receives and processes loan payments and deposits to accounts received by mail.
Records and process night depository contents under dual control and records proper information on financial institution's forms.
Issues cashier's checks, processes cash advances, and redeems U.S. Savings Bonds in accordance with the financial institutions policies and procedures.
Buys and sells currency from the vault as necessary, ensuring that teller drawer cash limits are not exceeded.
Ensures that ATMs are balanced weekly.
Answers basic customer inquiries regarding interest rates, service charges, account histories etc. while complying with disclosure requirements and consumer privacy policies.
Accepts and accurately processes requests for name and address changes, unauthorized ACH, debit card disputes, stop payment orders, wire transfers, check reorders, and other similar special services.
Counts and packages coin and currency.
Promotes and explains other financial institution services/products such as loans, IRAs, certificates of deposit, safe deposit boxes, debit cards, credit cards, mobile banking, online banking/bill pay, remote deposit capture, cash management etc.
Greets and admits authorized customers to the safe deposit vault area. Checks after the customer visits the safe deposit box area to ensure nothing is left behind.
Promotes Bank programs.
Encourages customers to switch from mailed statements to electronic statements.
Verifies customer information to ensure customer records are up-to-date such as customer email address, telephone number etc.
Performs branch capture duties and ensures that all branch work is in balance.
Balances teller cash drawer at the end of the shift and compares totaled amounts to computer generated proof sheet. Reports any discrepancies to the supervisor/branch manager.
Ensures that the teller station and drive-in area are properly stocked with forms, supplies, etc.
Reports malfunctions of teller terminals, drive-in and other equipment used at the teller station to management.
Performs teller system overrides according to assigned system level if designated by the Supervisor/Branch Manager.
Performs daily balancing of teller proof reports to the general ledger statement of condition if designated by the Supervisor/Branch Manager.
Balances the vault on a daily basis and maintains cash limits set by the Board of Directors and as stated in insurance policy contracts if designated by the Supervisor/Branch Manager.
Verifies money received or sent for deposit in the financial institutions vault at designated times and records the transaction appropriately if designated by the Supervisor/Branch Manager.
Performs teller management assessments on a monthly basis if designated by the Supervisor/Branch Manager.
Prints and processes in-house check orders using the Premier Check Printing System if assigned to the branch location designated to print checks.

Job Requirements

As a Manager, Field Service Operations is a high-accountability managerial role responsible for driving, measuring, and owning the operational outcomes of our Field Service Partner (FSP) network. * Continuous Improvement & Process Refinement:
* Root Cause Analysis (RCA): Systematically analyze FSP failure points (e.g., failed inspections, high repeat visit rates) to determine the underlying cause, whether it's policy confusion, technical gap, or process defect.
* Process Improvement: Collaborate cross-functionally with the Omnidian Operations Team to recommend and implement corrective actions that permanently streamline workflows and reduce failure rates across the entire service pipeline.
* Partner Development: Translate identified process gaps into necessary training updates for FSPs, actively improving their operational maturity.
* Workforce Planning & Network Administration: Manage team coverage to ensure the right resource can be at the right asset at the right time. Accountable for FSP retention. Ensure recruiting, onboarding, work order level coaching, and any necessary contract management actions take place to drive FSP accountability
* You will have oversight of office space and warehouse as well as inventory maintenance.

Job Description
UL Solutions, will be installing a solar monitoring system (SMS) near Bowling Green, MO on behalf of one of our Clients. The station is (roughly 20x20 footprint) consists of a few solar panels, (2) 7-foot tripods, and scientific measurement equipment surrounded by a locked chain link fence. The station will be monitoring the solar resource as well as other meteorological and weather-related parameters.
The station requires weekly maintenance, on the same day each week during daylight hours to ensure consistent and accurate data is being collected for a minimum of 1 year and maximum 2 years. Your duties will include the following:
Uphold highest level of communication as first point of contact for equipment in field;
Ensure all equipment is level & clean on a weekly basis;
Provide troubleshooting (w/support from UL Solutions) and when requested, repair(s) for low-medium complexity issues;
Ensure there is no debris obstructing the system (depending on site/region, grass cutting, snow removal, or clearing brush); and
Confirm the system is secure and hasn't been tampered with.
Each maintenance visit should take 45-90 minutes. UL Solutions requires a weekly excel logbook uploaded via internet along with photos and other documentation to support the visit which should take 45-90 minutes. The entire process is estimated to require between 2-4 hours each week, including travel time to and from site.
Occasionally, UL Solutions may request your assistance in replacing or troubleshooting equipment. A Senior Engineer would contact you to walk you through the process. They will support you while onsite and review data after the equipment repair.
Qualifications
No solar experience is required. Training will be provided remotely via phone and video, potential onsite training when possible.
Must be able to take instruction remotely throughout length of contract term.
Must use own transportation to and from remote SMS location (4WD highly preferred.)
Willing/able to walk to and from site, typically no more than ¼ mile in one direction.
Must own gas or battery-operated weedwhacker should grass cutting be required.
Required to climb and work comfortably from a 6 or 8-foot ladder (provided).
Required maintenance of equipment utilizing levels, screwdriver, and other hand tools (provided).
Must have demonstrated computer literacy, including ability to upload attachments with their own version of Microsoft Office (Excel and Word) to our SharePoint website with reliable internet.
A smart phone is required to take site photos as well as to communicate with UL Solutions' staff while on site in an event of an emergency, etc.

Responsibilities
Execute physician prescribed plans of care.
Complete compliant documentation of the care provided in the system of record.
Manage and administer prescribed medication, treatment, and therapies.
Conduct patient assessments, coordination of care
Perform various activities associated with daily living.
Monitor vitals and GI intake and output.
Assess skin integrity and administer wound care.
Monitor for changes in the patient's condition such as weight loss/gain, self-care abilities, and indicators of disease progression.
Communicate with family members, physicians, case managers, and other prescribed individuals regarding the health of the patients.
Provide education and training to the patient, their family, and/or the Home Health Aide.
Work with patients to be done one-on-one in the patients home to provide for a comfortable environment.
Collaborate with and supervise Certified Nursing Assistants and Personal Care Attendants.
Perform other personal care services as necessary to meet the patient's needs.
Minimum Qualifications
Education, licensing, and certification: graduate of an accredited college or university, Associate or Baccalaureate School of Nursing
Current State or Compact License as a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse.
Current CPR certification
TB test and physical examination
Maintain required insurance.
Good interpersonal skills
Hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
Ability to stand or walk for prolonged periods, with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and move patients.
Ability to operate under stressful conditions and make quick decisions.
Must have dependable transportation and be willing to commute to the patient's home.
Ability to provide basic medical management up to medically fragile end of life care.
Preferred Qualifications
1+ years of experience as an RN/LPN in a clinical or home health setting.
