Ensure compliance with performance measures outlined within NC DHB, NC DMH contracts and all accrediting body standards
Monitor systems that ensure the authorization of services provided by clinical care staff appropriately address the service needs, types of service, outcomes, and alternatives available to consumers
Provide education to hospitals, nursing homes and other care providers concerning departmental procedures and requirements for approving length of stay extensions
Perform other related duties as required by the immediate supervisor or other designated Alliance Health administrators
Analyze and monitor community capacity for service needs, service gaps, and the implementation of evidence based/best practices.
Review and Revise department Desk Manual as needed
Complete mediations for denial or reduction of Physical Health Medicaid services completed by Alliance Health
Represent Utilization Management determinations for Physical Health services in court as requested by legal counsel
Assess and improve the department's performance based on established indicators and outcomes
Attend federal, state and local meetings as agency liaison
Ensure authorized services address appropriate service needs, intensity of service outcomes, and alternatives for consumers
Support Sr. UM Director and UM Directors in reporting data and quality metrics
Inter-Departmental collaboration
Maintain accessible and close working relationships with all applicable department heads and decision makers to develop a more coordinated and streamlined service delivery system for individuals and families throughout the service area
Identify opportunities for collaboration on inter-departmental projects that reduces duplication and ineffeciencies across the system
Works with the Medical Directors with decision making of medical necessity cases, specialists, and primary care physicians
Coordinate and integrate services within the department and with other departments
Develop and maintain open timely communication with staff, providers, community agencies and other stakeholders
Minimum Requirements
Graduation from an accredited Nursing school and (5) years of experience in Utilization Management or substantially equivalent experience
Or
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Nursing and three (3) years of experience in Utilization Management or substantially equivalent experience
Special Requirement
Must have a current, active, unrestricted North Carolina license as a Registered Nurse.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Must be knowledgeable in Utilization Management managed care principles and strategies
Knowledge of physical health and co-morbid health conditions
Knowledge of diagnostic treatment guidelines/protocols, level of care criteria

Salary Range
$89,404 - $113,990/ Annual
Exact compensation will be determined based on the candidate's education, experience, external market data and consideration of internal equity.

Overview:
We're seeking a strategic and hands-on leader to manage procurement, vendor relationships, inventory operations, and kiln raw material production for our filler metals business. This role ensures efficient supply chain execution, vendor alignment, and operational excellence across purchasing and kiln manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities
Lead procurement of direct and indirect materials, including kiln raw materials and VMI relationships.
Utilize MRD principles to drive strategic decisions around inventory levels and supplier lead times
Maintain vendor relationships and identify value-added supply chain solutions.
Support supplier selection and onboarding for indirect commodities and supplier consolidation.
Monitor market conditions affecting cost, lead time, and availability of critical commodities.
Partner with Commodity and Supply Chain Managers to negotiate favorable contracts and long-term agreements.
Develop and execute long-term procurement and operations strategies aligned with business growth and cost optimization goals
Identify and mitigate supply chain risks through proactive planning and supplier diversification
Ensure compliance with internal and external audits across procurement
Maintain documentation and safety standards for hazardous materials.
Lead monthly cycle counts and annual physical inventory events.
Establish and monitor inventory guidelines for reorder points and stocking levels.
Collaborate cross-functionally to manage inventory grading and material flow.
Kiln Production
Promote a culture of safety and employee engagement across all shifts, ensuring compliance with safety standards
Define clear productivity and efficiency goals; track performance metrics to ensure continuous improvement and operational excellence
Talent Development and Team Leadership
Mentor and develop team members across procurement and kiln operations
Build a high-performance culture focused on accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement
Act as ERP (D365) subject matter expert for purchasing and materials management.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
5+ years of experience in procurement and manufacturing operations.
Experience with kiln or thermal processing preferred.
Proficiency in ERP systems (D365).
Strong understanding of accounting principles and inventory reconciliation.
Proven success in continuous improvement and cross-functional collaboration.
Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
Occasional travel required.

* Coordinates all workflow and responsibilities for Service Bureau.

Ensure that all field marketing programs are being executed
Ensure assigned projects are kept on schedule and within budget while meeting clients' needs and delivering a quality project
Plan, schedule and coordinate painting projects from estimated to completed
Draw up schedules and plans of operation for painting projects in close consultation with homeowners, architects, contractors, remodelers and other representatives
Solicit painting subcontractors and keep proper ratios of painting crews to estimators
Coordinating other trades such as: pressure washing, carpenters, stucco repair, etc.
Lead meetings and ensure proper document control and recordkeeping
Ensure accuracy in estimates and job costing and facilitate weekly owner payroll reports
Guide project to completion to ensure proper close-out
Job Requirements:
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Computer literate, with working knowledge of work processing, business software and spreadsheet applications
Professional appearance and personality
Team player who can work independently
Detail-oriented

The Mahoning Valley Scrappers are seeking a detail-oriented and creative professional to join our fast-paced Marketing Department as the Production Manager. This role is responsible for overseeing the team's creative elements and in-game production, while also supporting additional departments as needed.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Develop team brochures, promotional posters, graphics, signage, and additional creative materials as required
• Execute advertising schedules by creating artwork and meeting deadlines for digital, print, LED displays, and social media campaigns
• Produce video content including promotional videos, homestand recaps, player features, sponsor videos, and related content
• Work closely with the Promotions Manager to execute game scripts and production elements
• Create an engaging and exciting in-game atmosphere for fans with rotating & fun creative content.
• Oversee game streaming and scheduling
• Manage and maintain proficiency in production room equipment (Audio Architect, ProSound, Motion Rocket, camera equipment, etc.)• Serve as the direct point of contact for team/player interviews for team content and promotional purposes• Create all sales proposals for front office in a timely manner• Write game day scripts according to inventory and sponsor nights• Execute other non-baseball production events as scheduled (ex: Wrestling Under the Stars, Easter Egg Hunt, Community Walks, concerts, ect)• Oversee and execute headshots, player intro videos, promo videos, radio spots, in game promotions, music playlist content, menu boards, ect.• Manage press box materials including game notes and rosters
• Oversee, schedule, and train production room staff
• Perform additional duties as assigned Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree and at least one year of experience in production, graphics, or video editing
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with excellent verbal and written communication
• Previous experience working in sports, particularly in baseball production, preferred• Ability to work extended hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.• Creativity a must
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite preferred
