Performing these duties with care and professionalism will create a positive impression with the customer. During the 17-Point Oil Change, the Courtesy Technician's duties and responsibilities include: Greet customers and place seat covers in the vehicle Drive vehicle into bay, prepare vehicle for service - open hood, roll up windows, unlock doors, remove keys Perform Tech Talk service Prepare service documents and prepare and affix static stickers Perform courtesy cleaning: vacuum interior, wash exterior windows, clean headlamps and wash mirrors Visually inspect wiper blades Check and adjust tire pressure if necessary Reset oil indicator light, if applicable Start vehicle and check oil pressure drive vehicle out of bay and present to customer Thank customer for their business and invite them to return in 90 days Other Duties and ResponsibilitiesIn addition to the duties listed above, every crew member is responsible for general center maintenance and cleaning duties such as mopping, washing center windows and clearing litter.
