GENERAL DESCRIPTION: The Site Supervisor is a key member of the operations team, responsible for directing, supervising, and coordinating administrative staff and activities at an assigned clinic location at Covenant Community Care. Under the direction of the Director of Health Center Operations, the Site Supervisor will work closely with the clinical team, including Medical, Dental and Behavioral Health providers and support staff, as well as Clinic and Revenue Cycle Managers to ensure that administrative, financial, facilities and quality goals are met.
