THE PAY RANGE FOR THIS ROLE IS $20-24 PER HOUR. YOUR PAY RATE WILL BE DETERMINED BASED ON PREVIOUS APPLICABLE WORK EXPERIENCE AND ANY CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES YOU HOLD.
You'd be responsible for:
Efficiency and client standards are attained
Conducting site inspections, provide hands-on leadership, and provide guidance for soil, planting, watering and insect control.
Driving and maintaining our vehicles, train personnel with a strong emphasis on safety, and handle schedules, and review charts and reports.
You might be a good fit if you have:
2 Years plus of landscape install experience
1 year (minimum) experience managing 2+ person crew
At least one year of experience in lawn care and landscaping a must; supervisory experience desired.
And while not mandatory, it would be great if you also have:
Driver's license and good record, strong leadership, and familiarity with the techniques and equipment used in landscaping.
You also must be able to handle the physicality of our work: weather conditions, heavy lifting (30-80 pounds), and extensive walking.

This is NOT an ENTRY LEVEL positions and requires at LEAST 1 year previous Enhancement (Hardscapes) Crew Leader experience; a valid Driver's license; the ability to pass a DOT Medical Exam (requires a Drug test by Federal policy) and a Criminal Background & Driving records checks.
THE STARTING RATE OF PAY FOR THIS ROLE IS $20.00 PER HOUR WHICH COULD GO UP FROM THERE BASED ON PREVIOUS WORK EXPERIENCE AND LICENSES / CERTIFICATIONS YOU HAVE.
You'd be responsible for multiple management roles which include:
* Ensuring Efficiency, Quality, and Safety Standards on job sites.
* Attending client meetings before and during construction projects.
* Driving company vehicles to and from the job's sites and vendor locations.
* Safely transporting heavy equipment to and from jobs sites.
* Reporting job status and daily hours to the management team.
You might be a good fit if you have:
* 2 Years plus of landscape install experience.
* 1-year (minimum) experience managing 2+ person crew.
* Knowledge of plants and landscape construction materials.
* The ability to estimate timelines during a construction project.
* The ability to take in depth measurements, and convert them to volume and/or area.
* The ability to deal with deadlines and changes.
* The ability to manage multiple staff members efficiently.
You must have the following:
* A valid Driver's license and a chauffeurs license may be required and a DOT medical card or the ability to pass a DOT screening, which does include a Drug Test.
* The ability to pass random drug screenings.
* The ability to operate phone-based applications to report your teams' daily hours, and your daily DOT startup and shutdown.
* Multiple years of heavy equipment operation.
* The ability to safely tow construction equipment and trailers.
* The ability to work overtime and some weekends.
