Here's what you'd do:
The Quality Assurance Analyst is responsible for testing the quality and stability of BrightView's software applications. This position collaborates closely with technical teams, including Application Developers and Business Analysts, to understand technical requirements and develop appropriate test plans and documentation.
You'd be responsible for
Develop, document, and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts for software applications and systems.
Lead and support all phases of quality testing, including functional, regression, System Integration Testing (SIT), and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Identify, document, and track software defects using issue tracking tools.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into testable scenarios.
Assist in the development and maintenance of automated testing frameworks and scripts.
Provide feedback and recommendations to improve software quality and development processes.
Ensure compliance with organizational standards and industry best practices.
Support the development of enterprise application training and support materials.
You might be a good fit if you have:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or related field preferred.
3 to 5 years of experience in software quality assurance or testing.
Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
Experience with test management and defect tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps).

You might be a good fit if you have:
* 2- or 4-year business-related degree; 2- or 4-year general degree with coursework in the landscape field or certification by a landscape association; or equivalent industry experience, with or without a degree

Here's what you'd do:
The Irrigation Manager (IM) schedules and directs personnel and resources towards providing quality, cost-effective irrigation services to clients. IMs also support the Account Manager(s) in estimating, design and client meetings as needed. IMs will also sell irrigation services to clients, with or without base maintenance contracts, on their own. The Irrigation Manager will oversee a commercial landscape portfolio and multiple service teams. The Irrigation Manager will be responsible for training and developing these individuals and providing day-to-day operational scheduling and guidance.
You'd be responsible for:
* Understanding client needs via regular communication with the Account Manager(s)
* Managing all irrigation services, including the coordination of all materials, people, equipment and subcontractors required to produce quality work
* Inspecting properties prior to scheduled service in order to properly prepare specific action plan for service
* After installation and services, monitoring all aspects of the irrigation system and identify any problems
* As necessary, performing hands-on work with crews to meet work and scheduling demands
* Working with the Branch Manager to identify staffing needs, hire new crew, and prepare daily crew schedules
* Ensuring proper paperwork is completed for all employee changes and new hires
* Communicating with, counsel, train, discipline, review, and develop growth plan for employees
* Hands-on training and support of crew members, including proper operation of equipment, pruning techniques, safety, and quality standards
* Focusing on safety and monitor safety records
* Maintaining and managing all required administrative systems, including but not limited to time sheets, job databases, and service schedules
* Ordering materials as needed and monitor costs and deliveries
* Requesting purchase orders and use in accordance with company guidelines
* Assisting the Branch Manager in the performance of irrigation sales tasks as required
You might be a good fit if you have:
* Minimum of a 2 year degree in a business related field or equivalent experience
* Minimum of 3 years of prior customer service, management, and leadership experience within an organization, the landscaping industry or local marketplace, including at least 1 year supervisory experience
* Certifications and licenses needed to perform work in local market

75,000.00 USD Annual

Production Managers lead the frontline crews to ensure quality, efficiency, and safety while creating beautiful landscapes that inspire our clients. This position oversees production planning, cost estimation, materials procurement, and is directly involved with the hiring and training of crew members.
WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
Landscape Quality and Efficiency
Partner with Account Manager and clients to perform landscape quality audits to review landscape quality, task execution, identify maintenance needs, and recommend enhancement opportunities
Create detailed job service plans for each client using LandCare's Aspire software system
Provide production planning, oversight and guidance to supervisors and team members on client jobsites to drive customer satisfaction with timely and effective service
Identify opportunities to improve production methods and provide additional training to team members
Understand and contribute to profitability goals through proper planning of monthly operations, including management of labor and materials costs and review of financial reports and results
Promoting Culture, Training, and Safety
Oversee hiring and staffing needs of the business to ensure teams are appropriately staffed
Demonstrate ongoing leadership of a safety-oriented culture and hold all team members accountable for following safety procedures
Educate and train crew members on a variety of safety topics
Continuously mentor supervisors to lead teams and develop crew member talent
Salary range is commensurate with experience, with most successful candidates ranging from $60,000-80,000 plus annual bonus, a company vehicle, and other benefits.
