Requirements The following are education and experience criteria used to evaluate the suitability of the Project Manager Associate Profile or candidates for the position: Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or a related field. Certified associate in project management (CAPM) certification + or equivalent. Proven experience in Project Management in a manufacturing environment, with a focus on leading complex projects and teams. Demonstrated leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with ability to lead teams that drive change. Previous knowledge and experience in the HVAC industry an asset. In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and software. Thorough knowledge and experience with Microsoft 365 required. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
