    Responsibilities

    1. Inspects and monitors all critical equipment used for direct patient care utility support (i.e. medical gases, emergency power distribution, H.V.A.C. equipment, etc.)2. Performs miscellaneous work request / repairs for various departments (i.e. electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and customer service orientated task).3. Monitors the fire alarm / sprinkler system and assist the Security Department when requested during an alarm condition. Demonstrates the ability to interpret alarms at the console/panel, reset system when instructed. Know areas served by fire pumps and valve locations and effects on HVAC systems and elevators.4.
