We are looking for a Senior Heavy Duty Truck Mechanic at our Riverside Hauling Division SALARY RANGE: $38.15 - $39.15 + $3000.00 Hiring Bonus * ESSENTIAL DUTIES: Will perform major and minor engine repairs and accessories Will respond to road call and perform other duties as assigned by supervisor Diagnoses/rebuild/repair vehicles and equipment. Performs detailed inspections and preventive maintenance of vehicles and equipment. Troubleshoot, diagnose, remove and repair engines. Remove and replace transmissions and brakes. Repair, mount and dismount tires. Repair and replace hydraulic hoses. Remove and replace breaks Prepares and maintains records and reports. Must follow all safety procedures and policies. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES: Methods, materials, tools and techniques used in vehicle and equipment repair and maintenance. Diagnosing mechanical problems and performing repairs.
