Tracking expenses and revenues vs. budget, analyzing fluctuations and assisting with forecasts. Analyzing quarterly operating reports. Analyzing cost efficiencies profit margins and measuring financial risks in investments. Assisting with the preparation of construction-related draws, cost certifications, and certified audits.
