Responsibilities:
Perform as an Oracle EBS Order to Cash (O2C) functional analyst responsible for analysis, solutioning, testing, and implementation support of an Oracle EBS program
Collaborate with stakeholders and other cross functional team members (Developers, Functional Analysts, and Testers)to produce scalable, efficient, and supportable solutions utilizing Oracle and related technologies
Provide recommendations supportive of Global Model and long-term organization strategy for enterprise level applications, architecture, upgrades, interfaces, and enhancements
Work in Business Intelligence - Data Management and Reporting Solutions
Responsible for the creation, modification, and execution of test plans and scripts
Responsible for analyzing and solutioning application issues, and assisting cross functional teams testing and implementing resolutions
Provide Tier 2/3 end-user support.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent with five years of DoD and/or Federal Oracle EBS implementation experience
Experience with maintenance support of Oracle EBS R12 Federal Financials -- Order to Cash (O2C) and Cost Accounting, and working knowledge of Budget to Report (B2R), Procure to Pay (P2P), Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) and Acquire to Retire (A2R)
Knowledge of project types, projects, key members, reimbursables, direct, capital projects, project budgets (cost budget and approved rev budget), expenditures, supplier cost update, revenue recognition, collection, OKC workflow, customer maintenance, gross pay (labor) and non-labor charges, year-end order closing
Knowledge of G-Invoicing
Ability to analyze, troubleshoot, and recommend break fix solution based upon best practices
Experienced in working with Federal Budgets, Continuing Resolution Authority, Reprogramming and Rescissions, Prior Period Adjustments, Creating and Posting Journals
Experience in authoring functional design specifications, configuration documents, test plans, and test scripts
Ability to multi task among changing priorities
Strong verbal, written, interpersonal, troubleshooting, and analytical skills
Proficient in authoring and presenting program solution related documents
Must be a U.S. Citizen and able to obtain an IT-II background investigation.

Responsibilities:

CACI is seeking a CMDB Data Configuration Analyst in support of the Enterprise Information Technology as a Service (EITaaS) contract with the Department of the Air Force. The EITaaS program supports our customer to provide a common set of required EIT services across 187 bases to implement a consistent, high-quality experience for users across all mission environments and enable USAF to transition focus from network operations to mission operations. The CMDB Data Configuration Analyst is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of the Configuration Management Database (CMDB). This role is critical for maintaining a reliable source of truth for IT assets and their relationships, supporting effective IT service management processes, and enabling informed decision-making. The CMDB Data Configuration Analyst will work closely with the CMDB Data Configuration Manager and various IT teams, including infrastructure, applications, security, and service desk, to establish and enforce data governance policies, procedures, and standards.
Responsibilities:
CMDB Data Governance:
Develop, implement, and maintain CMDB data standards, policies, and procedures to ensure data quality and consistency.
Define and manage Configuration Item (CI) types, attributes, and relationships within the CMDB.
Establish and enforce data ownership and accountability for specific CI types.
Monitor CMDB data quality and identify areas for improvement.
Implement and manage data reconciliation processes to resolve discrepancies.
CMDB Data Management:
Oversee the population, maintenance, and ongoing updates of the CMDB.
Collaborate with IT teams to ensure accurate and timely CI data entry.
Develop and implement automated data discovery and integration processes.
Manage the CMDB data model and ensure it aligns with business and IT requirements.
