Position Details: Must be a LICENSED Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) preferred or Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). Full-time Position. Clinic Schedule is Monday to Friday, 8AM to 5PM (1-hour Lunch) Hybrid - mix of in-person (at least 2 or 3 days) and telehealth. Hourly Salary ranges from $43.00 to $46.00 per hour and will be inclusive of other benefits. Must be willing to do initial evaluations in person. (Follow-ups can be done via telehealth as long as their patients are okay with it.) Will primarily be supporting our outpatient clinic in Encino and must also be willing to support our partner hospital's clinic in Woodland Hills. What You Will Do Provide psychotherapy and counseling services to a variety of patients seeking outpatient behavioral health services. Conduct individual, family, and group therapy sessions. Create treatment plans. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals both at our clinic and within the community. Conduct in-person initial evals. Some remote work is acceptable for this role (patient follow-up appointments can be conducted remotely). Comply with and maintain safety, sanitation, and disinfection standards, properly clean and sanitize products, rooms, tools and equipment, following TRILOGY and State Governing Boards requirements and guidelines. Provide guests with a tour of the spa facility, as needed. Communicate guest complaints or any maintenance issues to Spa Management. Attend mandatory vendor and company training sessions, as scheduled by Spa Management. REQUIRED EDUCATION AND PREFERRED EXPERIENCE Must have a High School diploma or equivalent, or any other combination of education, training and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills and capabilities. Must have a current AZ Massage Therapy License. Must have at least 1-3 years' experience in a Massage Therapist position, preferably in a luxury hotel/resort environment. Knowledge of Massage Theory, Anatomy, and Physiology. Must be polished, professional, and have a strong command of both written and verbal English. Participates in continuing education programs and training to stay up-to-date with procedures, protocols, treatments, and industry trends. Maintains Arizona State licensing and certifications current. Maintains a flexible shift schedule and advises supervisor about any changes. Follows established safety and security policies and procedures including reporting accidents, injuries, and unsafe working conditions immediately to a supervisor. Completes safety training and keeps certifications current Maintains confidentiality of proprietary information; protects EED assets. Performs special projects delegated by the supervisor. Performs other job-related duties as assigned. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Knowledge of massage therapies. Knowledge of departmental and EED policies, standards, and procedures as well as applicable laws and regulations. Organizational, planning, and time management skills. Skill in developing and maintaining good working relationships. Skill in working with details. Ability to effectively communicate. Ability to learn new techniques in the spa industry. Ability to work effectively and efficiently at all times, but especially during peak periods. Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment to effectively and efficiently respond to guest needs. Ability to understand and follow through on written or verbal instructions. Minimum Qualifications: High school or General Equivalency Diploma AND current Arizona State license with a minimum of 500 hours in an accredited massage therapy school. Must successfully pass service performance interview requirement. Must either possess or obtain valid cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) certification within three (3) months of employment. Demonstrated track record of reliability, responsiveness, and creativity. Demonstrated track record of providing excellent guest service. Must be able to work any shift, weekends, holidays, special events, and overtime, as needed. Must have employment eligibility in the U.S. Must be able to obtain, maintain, and retain a valid non-gaming license Preferred Qualifications: Two (2) years of demonstrated success in a hotel/resort environment. Bilingual (English/Spanish).
