We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Services Sales Specialist with proven expertise in services sales within the Broadband Service Provider space. In this role, you will work closely with Calix account teams to promote our expanding portfolio of implementation and managed services. As a key member of the Sales team, you will lead services opportunities for both new and established accounts. You will collaborate with internal teams to identify enhancements to our services portfolio and strengthen our value proposition. This role requires executing account plans to maximize revenue potential, managing complete sales cycles, and presenting to C-level executives the benefits of our comprehensive suite of service offerings. You will also forecast sales activity and revenue using Salesforce.com while building strong, long-term customer relationships. Handle inbound sales, customer service, billing and repair issues.

Monitor ACD queues and manage talk times to ensure prompt, efficient service to customers.
Follow guidelines set up for proper call handling processes and procedures.
Achieve quality metrics through Quality Assurance guidelines.

Sell residential product offerings to inbound callers while following correct sales procedures.

Requirements
Candidates must be a proven customer support professional with at least two years of call center experience.
Must also possess a high level of energy and motivation.
Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment and respond accordingly to high priority situations is essential.
Telecommunications experience is a plus.
