VSA Resorts by Vacatia is seeking a motivated, customer-focused Sales & Owner Services Representative to join our location team. This hybrid role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, delivering outstanding service, and contributing to both sales growth and owner satisfaction in a resort environment.
What You'll Do
Sell vacation ownership products, including timeshare intervals and points packages
Engage guests and Owners through in-person interactions, phone calls, and email
Assist Owners with reservations, exchanges, contracts, and ownership questions
Enter and manage reservations from exchange companies and online travel agencies
Process payments for maintenance fees and taxes and support basic accounting tasks
Maintain accurate records in reservation and property management systems
Participate in training and collaborate with sales and owner services leadership
What We're Looking For
Florida Real Estate License
High school diploma or GED required
Experience in sales, customer service, reservations, or hospitality preferred
Strong communication skills and a professional, customer-first attitude
Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
Basic computer proficiency (Outlook, Word); reservation system experience a plus
Availability to work Monday-Friday and Saturdays as needed, 2-3 days onsite, remainder remote
