Responsibilities
* Carry out assigned tasks on clients and follow Home Health Aide Care Plans. Perform delegated tasks after instruction by RN or PT.
* Bathe clients, assist with showers and partial baths as appropriate.

Family Host Home Providers provide supervision and training to the individual(s) supported in their private home. Individuals' supported in a Family Host Home setting have various needs, such as assistance with mobility, personal care, etc.
Family Host Home Providers may work with up to two individuals with disabilities in their home, depending on the number of bedrooms/bathrooms and the amount of shared space that is available. Individuals can choose their roommates, and a 30-day trial period is required to ensure the Family Host Home is an appropriate placement for the individual(s).
