Completes documentation requirements promptly, accurately and thoroughly according to policies. Communicates and interacts with other health care professionals, patient/caregiver according to age group and background in an appropriate and timely manner through verbal, written or nonverbal. 3. Meets clinical productivity standards. Actively seeks to improve knowledge and skills by attendance at inservices and continuing education programs and shares such knowledge and skills with others. Additional training/certification as deemed necessary to practice in a specialty area as dictated by patients' ages or conditions. 4. Assists in the development, revision, implementation and enforcement of policies and procedures. Attends and participates in all mandatory inservices/meetings. Assists in the orientation of personnel. Actively participates in: establishment of program goals and objective, establishment of program budget, staff utilization including the supervision and delegation of portions of patient care to appropriate personnel, space allocation, quality improvement and program development. 5.
