Fabricate from work then load, haul, and carry it to the job site and install per drawings, sketches, or plans.
Place and finish concrete in formwork and set and align form panels.
Set grout forms for epoxy and cement grout.

Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs (assistance recommended for heavier loads).
