Help with identifying any problems with the implementation or available resources that may affect the schedule or budget and communicate such problems accordingly. Analyzes the risks of a new design or process and communicates results to project engineers. Creates and Maintains accurate and up to date BOMs and MOMs in ERP system. Assist with documents changes made to existing equipment, including reason for change and which revisions the change applies to and makes available to sales and service personnel. Provides support to manufacturing to ensure the product is fabricated and assembled based on the intended functionality of the design. Supports Engineers with creating, maintaining, and updating CAD models and making them available to production staff. Work Environment While performing the duties of this job, the employee occasionally works in outside weather conditions. The employee occasionally works near moving mechanical parts and in high, precarious places and is occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions, fumes or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals, risk of electrical shock, and vibration. Work is performed mostly in office settings. Some outdoor work is required in the inspection of various equipment outside or on location at farm sites. Hand-eye coordination is necessary to operate drafting instruments, computers and various pieces of office equipment. Position Type/Expected Hours of Work This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m. This position may occasionally require long hours and weekend work. Travel No overnight travel is anticipated for this position. Some occasional local day travel may be necessary. Required Education and Experience Advancing towards a degree in engineering or a closely related field and a minimum of four years previous engineering experience; or any equivalent combination of education and experience.
