Job Summary:
The Project SOAR Peer Mentors will assist in planning and delivering programming, and providing outreach within SOAR. Mentors can either be continuing Project SOAR participants in good academic standing or recently graduated Project SOAR participants. The mentors will serve as role models, campus resource experts, and trusted points of contact for TRIO students and staff. These individuals will possess the skills and knowledge to provide support in academic, social, and personal areas as needed. In addition, these individuals will need to be able to work with a diverse group of students and be willing to participate in campus activities to help build relationships among departments and to be able to encourage mentees to participate in campus wide events. Must commit to this role for one semester.
Essential Job Functions:
Peer Mentors will report to the Project SOAR Academic Coordinator for job duties, scheduling, etc.
Maintain consistent weekly office hours.
Contact logs will be turned into supervisor to show progress with students.
Attend as many SOAR sponsored events (orientation, workshops, field trips, as possible. This includes community events & campus visits. Help with set up, student coordination, clean up, etc.
Initiate and maintain contact monthly with students.
Notify students about all SOAR and campus events through text, email, phone call, social media, & other campus communication channels. Maintain main Project SOAR email inbox and resolve emails or pass along as necessary.
Maintain accurate records & perform data entry for contacts with students in the SOAR program.
Attend Peer Mentor meetings.
Notify supervisor about student progress and concerns.
Coordinate study sessions for students.
Participate in program recruitment and assist with intake process.
Time and effort reports will be submitted monthly to the Academic Coordinator.
Completes all mandatory training.
Performs other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications
High School/GED (degree must be conferred on or before agreed upon start date)
Office/clerical experience preferred.
Education:
Must have a 2.7 GPA or higher. Must be enrolled at least part-time (with exception of semester the student is expected to graduate or has graduated).
Certifications, Registrations, and/or Licenses:
Must have current driver's license.

Responsibilities
The responsibilities and duties of this role include, but are not limited to:
Selling and Sales Promotion (~65% of time)
Personally handles customer needs in areas of sales, service, complaints, adjustments, etc.

WORK ENVIRONMENT
Daily duties involve working within a 3 to 25-bay retail automotive service store. Stores are open 7 days per week, 75 - 91 hours and constant adjustments in service staffing levels are required to match the sales/work flow. The Retail Salesperson works with teammates in area of the store which have:
Cold work environment in the winter with cold cement floor.
Hot work environment in the summer.
Need for continual implementation/maintaining of all Safety & Health and environmental policies with knowledge, skill and good judgment.

Injection Operator Nights 7p-7aInjection Operator performs a variety of tasks requiring knowledge of injection processes and responsible for day-to-day operations associated an array of PET and HDPE injection equipment and its auxiliary equipment. *(Niagara purchases primarily Husky, but also other OEMs).
Essential Functions
Responsible for overall preparation, set-up, starting and running injection equipment.
Ability to perform minor adjustments to injection equipment as directed. No mechanical work is to be performed without prior approval.
Responsible for accurately completing and updating information forms and logs such as Injection preform and/or cap daily log, destruction logs and quality forms.
Ability to recognize unsafe conditions and actions and follow plant safety rules including safe lifting practices and safe machine operations. Personal protective equipment is to be used where required.
Performs visual and mechanical quality checks to ensure production meets quality standards.
Housekeeping: maintain general housekeeping in all areas of production, including the break rooms and rest rooms.
Raw materials: Be able to define the difference between Vpet, Rpet & HDPE resins. Ability to identify parts safe for grinding and reintroduction to the resin system.
Maintain quality requirements in accordance with company standards; accurately filling out inspection sheets based on overall production quality. Responsible for recognizing and reporting all quality defects immediately.
Ability to work in multiple areas of production with minimal supervision; perform relief duties when required
Ability to troubleshoot minor production equipment issues in all areas and collaborate with maintenance team as necessary.
Understanding of computer systems such as Shotscope, Electirc80, Ignition and others.
Comprehension of line flow and manufacturing process to maximize through put.
Ability to communicate issues clearly and concisely.
Regular and predictable attendance is an essential function of the job.
Ability to work 12-hour shifts, day or night, on a rotating 2-2-3 schedule.

Experience with store remodels, store setup crews, big box retail experience and /or new store openings is highly desired. The average schedule allows you to work 8-10 hour days (may require overtime). Qualifying travel expenses are reimbursed. All employees will be required to have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Your Role
As a Retail Carpenter, you will collaborate with Project Leads and other trades to ensure all carpentry tasks meets the highest standards of craftsmanship and safety. Some responsibilities include, but are not limited to, reading blueprints to determine placement of fixtures, assembly of cabinetry and millwork, patching/painting drywall, repairing floor tile, fixture assembly/installation, signage, etc. Carpenters play a critical part in transforming retail spaces, ensuring that all installations are completed on time and contribute to the overall aesthetic and functionality of the store.

Requirements
Must have at least 3 years in finish carpentry experience and 4 years in rough carpentry.
Willing to travel Nationwide
Must have reliable transportation, valid driver's license and willing to drive up to 750 miles in a day
Must be capable of working days and/or overnight shifts
Practical knowledge and use of hand and power tools
Must provide personal tools, i.e. tape measure, box blade, screwdriver, drills, saws, etc (full tool list will be provided)
Ability to climb ladders
Ability to perform daily essential physical functions of lifting up to 60 pounds
Must maintain a professional appearance
Must be able to conduct yourself in a professional manner
Capable of interacting with general public
Ability to complete general paperwork
Retail (or even residential) remodel experience preferred
Wallpaper, painting, framing, drywall, finishing, flooring (VCT/VLT/carpet tile)

Base pay in range will be determined by applicant's skills and experience. Role is also eligible for team based bonus opportunities. Temporary associates are not benefits eligible but may participate in the company's 401(k) program.

Certified Medication Aides/Techs make sure the medication supply room is organized and clean, assist with medication cart audits, and provide accurate counts of all medications. You will also communicate with pharmacies to coordinate medication delivery.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

* Guarantees the enhancement and/or maintenance of existing power systems at various facilities.
* Independently provides support in the demolition and disposal of current powers system equipment, such as EG, UPS, electrical distribution equipment, fuel systems and fuel tanks.
* Examines and provides maintenance services for existing powers systems.
* Aids in the development and preservation of the overall production schedule for project deliverables.
* Provides technical and administrative support for engineering services. Supports the development of specifications for installation and data documentation used in the Site Survey process.
* Assists in surveys of existing power systems and associated equipment as well as the physical facility for adequacy of exiting equipment and to ensure new power system requirements are accommodated at all facilities.
* Troubleshoots failures in equipment and systems.
* Analyzes and conducts performance tests of electrical systems.
* Assists in engineering technical documentation.
* Assists in survey reports with assessments and technical data in accordance with customer program.
* Installs specific electrical power system equipment installations that are included but not limited to: engine generators (EG), EG fuel system(s), EG fuel tank(s), Uninterruptible Power Supply(s) (UPS),
* Static Transfer Switch, electrical distribution equipment, and associated power system support equipment such as, power systems control hardware/software, HVAC, physical facility, and lighting.
* Helps provide construction estimates, schedules, and project oversight.
* Organizes and inspects construction related tasks (i.e., utility installation, general electrical, heavy equipment operation, welding, mechanical, etc.).
* Performs installation of various electrical systems included but not limited engine generators (EG), EG fuel system(s), EG fuel tank(s), Uninterruptible Power Supply(s) (UPS), Static Transfer Switch, electrical distribution equipment, associated power system support equipment such as, power systems control hardware/software, HVAC, physical facility, and lightning protection.
* Ensures all safety requirements are met by the customer and OHSA standards.
* Coordinates with the customer the installation and scheduling requirements for various power and fuel systems.
* Travels to client sites up to 80% of the time.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and a minimum of two to four (2-4) years of relevant experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education/experience.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
The physical ability to stand and or walk frequently. May climb on a ladder or scaffolding to heights in excess of 10'. Bend/stoop, push/pull and work above the shoulder frequently.
