Position Description: Assistant Teacher 0-3 Reports to: Site Director Status: Exempt POSITION OBJECTIVE Assist teacher to determine the needs and provide for the development of children ages 0-3. Work to create a safe environment for children . Summary:Under the direction of the Child Watch Coordinator, the Child Watch Attendant is responsible for ensuring the care, safety, and wellbeing of all children in the group. The Child Watch Attendant will work with other site staff to foster childrens social, physical, spiritual, and mental growth.
