Will utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate comprehensive care provided to selected patient populations and their families. **ESSENTIAL KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES** 1. Performs/directs patient care following established clinic workflows including, but not limited to admission interview, accurate documentation and timely patient flow. 2. Accompanies the physician into the exam room or is connected remotely by audio for the patient visit documenting in the electronic medical record (EMR) all aspects of care to include chief complaint (CC), history of presenting illness (HPI), physician exam (PE) and patient plan as directed by the physician. 3.
