**Job Summary and Responsibilities** + Restocks supplies daily and rotates inventory supporting accurate inventory levels, generating orders/requisitions as needed + Distributes medical supplies and equipment to patient care areas, while monitoring par levels for specific products to assure that appropriate levels are established in order not to affect patient care + Identifies excess inventory, returning stock and processing credits + Notifies supervisor of outdates or slow moving inventory + Participates in the put away and validation process of perpetual inventory items; issues and credits materials from the inventory management system + Maintains clean and orderly stock locations, and labeling bins and handling requests to change pars + Acts as liaison between clinical staff and supply chain management as needed + Works with and follows instructions of buyers and Divisional Inventory Coordinator in the event of recalls to pull relevant products **Job Requirements** Required: High school graduate, GED or equivalent One (1) year supply chain related experience or other relevant experience Stays on task and meets deadlines Knowledge of automated ERP systems and processes Ability to process and present data clearly **Where You'll Work** At CHI Health Creighton University Medical Center - Bergan Mercy, our focus is patient-centered care.
