**Job Summary and Responsibilities** **_Eligible for up to a $5,000 sign-on bonus and $10,000 in student loan reimbursement!!!_** **_25% float shift differential pay, on top of base!!!_** As our Regional Float Physical Therapist, you'll help our patients rebuild or maintain their physical wellbeing following an illness, injury, or issues with aging. Using various treatments, you will help patients reduce pain, build strength and endurance, increase range of motion, or develop better balance to keep them functioning at their best level.
You're always ready for the next task. Our physical therapists see patients daily for initial evaluations, re-evaluations, or treatments. Our therapists perform most treatments themselves. You'll work with a variety of backgrounds - orthopedic injury or surgery recovery, traumatic brain injury, stroke, or conditions affecting balance, to name a few. This environment is busy and fast-paced but full of collaborative and supportive team members willing to offer help, advice, or mentoring at any time.

**Job Summary and Responsibilities** As our Acute Care Occupational Therapist at Immanuel, you will provide essential in-home occupational therapy services under physician's orders. Your role involves evaluating home safety, assessing functional needs, and implementing tailored treatment to promote independence.
Every day you will evaluate home safety, assess functional needs of physically disabled patients, then develop, plan, and implement individualized occupational therapy treatment procedures.
To be successful, you will demonstrate strong assessment, treatment planning, and implementation skills for in-home care. Excellent communication for patient education and a commitment to promoting independence and safety are essential.

**Job Summary and Responsibilities** **_Eligible for up to a $5,000 sign-on bonus and $10,000 in student loan reimbursement!!!_** The Pelvic Health Physical Therapist is responsible for evaluating, planning, and implementing individualized treatment programs for patients experiencing pelvic floor dysfunctions and related musculoskeletal conditions. This role focuses on the outpatient setting, providing evidence-based care to improve patients' function, reduce pain, and enhance quality of life. The therapist collaborates with a multidisciplinary team and educates patients in self-management strategies and preventative care.
+ Conduct comprehensive evaluations of pelvic floor function, including assessment of musculoskeletal, neuromuscular, and functional limitations.
+ Develop and implement personalized treatment plans addressing conditions such as urinary/fecal incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, pelvic pain, pregnancy/postpartum-related issues, and sexual dysfunction.
