**Job Summary and Responsibilities** **Eligible candidates will receive up to a $10,000 sign on bonus and up to $10,000 in Educational Assistance!** This is an excellent role for someone who likes routine and wants to keep their skills sharp. Your day-to-day nursing tasks will depend on the tailored needs of your patients. In addition to clinical skills, you'll educate patients and their families about the disease processes contributing to impairments/disabilities and teach nursing techniques to help them develop the self-care skills necessary to move toward wellness on the illness-wellness continuum. + Collaborate with physicians, therapists and nursing team to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients. + Coordinate care for various speech, physical, occupational or respiratory therapies they have scheduled each day. + Prepare patients and their families for future self-management and decision-making responsibilities by fostering patients' independence and goal achievement. + Identify comprehensive care plans based on patient goals and maximum potential. + Participate in the interdisciplinary team process at team conferences and offer input into team decision making. **Job Requirements** + Current Registered Nurse (RN) license that allows you to practice in our state + Graduate of an accredited nursing program + Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association required upon hire While you're busy impacting the healthcare industry, we'll take care of you with benefits that include health/dental/vision, FSA, matching retirement plans, paid vacation, adoption assistance, and more! **Where You'll Work** CHI Health Immanuel, located in North Omaha just off of I-680 on 72nd Street, offers a full-service hospital, cancer center, rehabilitation center, specialty spine hospital and more.
