About The Role In the next 30 years, every part of our built environment will need to transform to support a more resilient, independent, and decarbonized grid. Rising demand from data centers, electrification of everything, and an aging power grid create both pressure and opportunity for clean energy deployment. The problem? Origination. Most clean energy projects fail long before they are built because developers spend enormous time and money qualifying sites, collecting data, assessing interconnection, and navigating zoning, only to discover too late that projects will not pencil. Work with office to generate proposals including labor and all parts required. Maintain and secure a parts inventory. Recommend purchasing maintenance equipment and supplies as required to improve processes and efficiencies. Strong knowledge of the hazards associated with the occupation, and the safety precautions to maintain all times; examples include knowledge of procedures in handling chemicals such as degreasers, cleaners, Freon and acids. Available and willing to be called upon any time, including off working hours to handle emergency duties. Interpret Climatec's and other's drawings to install or service the mechanical equipment or pneumatic controls within a building. Maritime Mechanic Government Spaces: NAB, CA Clearance Level: Secret Responsibilities (including, but not limited): Service and repair the craft and trailers, including light surface craft, Jet Ski's, and various models of inboard and outboard motors.
