Must possess a polite and pleasant manner, be efficient and firm, and have the ability to operate a busy front desk/security operation. Must be able to perform diverse tasks with ease and maintain confidentiality. F-80 certificate required within 90 days of hire. Client Care Worker/Resident Assistant Principal Responsibilities: Oversee the client's daily activities. Monitor and observe the client's rights and client adherence to program rules and routines. Greet all visitors; assist them directly or announce their arrival to staff or residents. Ensure that all clients guest sign in and out as required. Follow assigned procedures in emergency situations including crisis intervention and de-escalation. Report all client related incidents to the program director and assigned case manager. Complete Incident Reports as outlined by the Program Manual. Conduct rounds at residence as assigned. Confirm the arrival of scheduled home health aides and visiting nurse. Follow up if the visit is not completed and reschedule. Provide summaries of client interactions and assistance to the assigned case manager. Facilitate onsite wellness events as assigned by Wellness Coordinator to include completion of group note and sign in sheet. Work with assigned ESSHI tenant on skill building identified on individualized service plan such as computer literacy, kitchen and cooking safety, healthy eating and meal preparation. Resident Aide will document training and skills building provided to the tenant and submit summary to assigned case manager.
