Schedule: Days, evenings, and nights, with a minimum of 8 hours and the potential to extend to 12-16 hours as needed.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in providing quality nursing care in accordance with institutional procedures.
Accurately transcribe, prepare, administer, and document medications and treatments.
Utilize Virtual Office Ware (EMR system) for patient documentation.
Monitor and report changes in patients' health status to supervising RNs.
Ensure patients receive proper nutrition, hydration, and hygiene.
Maintain a safe and secure clinical environment.
Follow all facility security protocols and participate in mandatory training.
Requirements
Active LPN license.
Minimum 1 year of professional and clinical experience.
CPR and First Aid certification (required).
Must successfully complete a 3-day medical orientation and security training.
Must pass a background check and fingerprinting.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a secure setting.

Key Responsibilities
Greet and room patients; obtain vitals, histories, and medication updates; document in EHR.
Perform clinical tasks: injections/immunizations, phlebotomy/specimen collection, POCT, EKGs as trained.
Prepare patients for provider visits; set up/assist with procedures; ensure exam room readiness and infection control.
Manage care coordination: lab and imaging orders, prior authorizations, refill requests, referrals, and follow-ups.
Provide patient education on treatment plans, ART adherence, PrEP/PEP basics, STI prevention, and harm-reduction.
Triage calls and in-clinic concerns; escalate per protocol; support same-day needs.
Maintain accurate documentation, logs, vaccine inventory, and medication/supply stocks.

Schedule: 13 week contract. All shifts available. 8hr or 12hr shifts. Every other weekend and some holidays
Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct, high-quality patient care in Level 1 and Level 2 trauma facilities
Perform nursing assessments, monitor patient status, and implement treatment/care plans
Assist with procedures in PACU, Endoscopy, Radiology (CT, MRI), and Interventional Radiology as needed
Administer medications, IVs, foleys, and sedation per physician orders
Deliver safe pre- and post-procedure recovery care
Document care accurately in EPIC EMR (preferred)
Collaborate with physicians and the multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal outcomes
Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills with patients and families
Requirements:
Current New York State RN license
BLS certification (required; must be maintained)
ACLS and PALS certifications (for PICU/IR/Radiology/Endoscopy roles)
Minimum 1.5-3 years recent acute care experience in Level 1 or 2 trauma facilities (unit-specific experience required for PACU, PICU, Endoscopy, Radiology)
EPIC EMR experience strongly preferre
