Duties and Responsibilities (Other assignments, projects and duties may be required): * Daily maintenance inside facility to include but not limited to; changing light bulb and ballast, changing all paper product dispensers, replacing sanitizer solution and soap solutions throughout clinic, troubleshooting plumbing needs (toilet, facets, sinks, drains), painting and plastering of trim, walls, floors and tile upkeep or replacement, changing filters, stocking supplies, cleaning and upkeep of appliances, performing custodial duties, and washing windows. * Furniture assembly and moving office equipment as needed. * Maintain external building grounds on a daily basis to include lawn maintenance, ice/snow/dirt removal from sidewalks (prior to opening if necessary) washing of outside windows, changing outside light bulbs, pest control as needed. * Transport trash and recycling to appropriate disposal areas. * Develop and maintain a schedule for preventative maintenance such as fire extinguishers, furnace cleaning, generator, AC checks, water tests, change equipment oil, dryer vents, changing batteries in CO2 alarms, thermostats, smoke alarms. * Manage monthly Biohazard and Sharps container placement and pickup in appropriate areas. * May assist with general construction duties under the direction of the Facilities Director. * Coordinate independent contractors as assigned for maintenance projects. * Maintain and clean the basement and utility equipment areas for multiple sites as needed. * Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations including Paylocity courses and OSHA/CDC regulations. * Travel between sites as needed. * Other duties as assigned by management.
