Overview: The Senior Accountant is responsible for providing account needs, reviewing and processing financial data to assist in forecasting decision and communication with Executives about financial strategies. Responsibilities:
Preparing and analyzing financial statements and reports.
Assisting in managing cash flows and budgets.
Calculating tax payments and returns.
Recommend ways to reduce costs and enhance revenue.

Qualifications:
5 years of working experience in an accounting field
Preferred experience with Great Plains software and basic accounting, inventory and customer service
Preferred Bachelor's degree in a related field
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

Essential Duties and/or Functions:

Job Summary
As a Property Accountant with our Property Accounting Team here at Bedrock, you will be responsible for the day-to-day accrual based accounting for all assigned commercial and residential properties and related entities.
