Notify supervisor when supply is less than 2 days and medicine hasn't been received. Responsible for receiving and verifying all medicine received is accurate according to pharmacy label and MAR. Responsible for dating all appropriate vials or bottles at time of initial opening and following pharmacy protocol on length of time they can be used. Responsible for removing all discontinued medication from med cart and giving it to the supervisor. Attend and participate in staff training and in-services. Must maintain accurate records to include preparation of all medical charts for new admissions and readmissions and ensures medical record is complete within forty-eight (48) hours as Policy and Procedure (P&P) and regulatory guidelines. Key Responsibilities: • Perform routine and preventive maintenance on HVAC equipment, including air handlers, pumps, fans, and split systems. • Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, refrigeration, and MEP-related issues. • Assist with the installation, calibration, and maintenance of temperature controls and automation systems. • Respond to and close out work orders in the CMMS system, documenting all time, materials, and work performed. • Support safe work practices and ensure compliance with company and client safety standards. • Coordinate with senior technicians and contractors on larger system repairs or equipment replacements. • Maintain a clean and organized workspace and ensure tools and parts are properly stored. • Provide input on system condition and improvement opportunities. Basic Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent. • 2+ years of experience performing HVAC maintenance and repair in commercial, industrial, or facilities environments. • General knowledge of HVAC systems, refrigeration principles, and basic electrical troubleshooting. • EPA/CFC certification (required). • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and technical documentation. • Proficiency in CMMS or work order management systems. • Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle required. Travel between sites will be a requirement of the role. Preferred Qualifications: • Trade or technical school certification in HVAC or Mechanical Systems. • Experience with Building Automation Systems (BAS). • Familiarity with plumbing or basic electrical work. • Demonstrated ability to work independently and safely in a fast-paced environment.
