Your Responsibilities: As our Flower Merchandiser, you will be the face of Falcon Farms in each store and collaborate directly with our clients. You will have the opportunity to work independently while collaborating with local teams to create unforgettable displays and optimize inventory. * Daily Commitment: * Ensure flower displays are immaculate and attractive. * Restock, organize, and monitor flower inventory. * Use your mobile device to communicate with your supervisor and report activities. * Interact professionally and friendly with employees, managers, and customers. * Support During Festive Seasons: * During key dates such as Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, and Christmas, we will need you to ensure each store is prepared for the festive demand. * Department Resets: * Participate in setting up new displays and inventory adjustments when necessary. * Teamwork: * While you will work independently, you will support your teammates with special activities when needed. Physical Requirements: This position requires energy and willingness to perform physical tasks: * Ability to lift and move boxes weighing up to 40 pounds frequently. * Ability to bend, stretch, and lift products above your shoulders. * Walk and stand for most of the shift. Basic Requirements: * Must be at least 18 years old. * Ability to read, write, and understand instructions in English. * Reliable transportation to reach assigned locations. * Internet access and a smartphone. * Availability to work during peak season (November to May).
