**Responsibilities**
+ Provide first response to emergencies, including medical incidents.
+ Will carry out general and special orders for post assigned.
+ Will provide access control, traffic control and conduct walking and motorized armed security functions.
+ Enforce federal and assimilated state laws, conduct mobile patrols, inspections, and searches.
+ Perform traffic enforcement and investigations, initiate arrests, and transport individuals.
+ Guard NASA-owned or leased buildings and property, protect equipment and materials, and control access.

**Qualifications**
+ Must be a U.S. citizen and at least 21 years of age.

+ Possession of a Diploma or certificate as a graduate of a Federal, State, or local law enforcement agency; or military services recognized basic law enforcement or physical security training academy preferred, but not required.
+ Ability to work flexible hours such as weekends or holidays if needed.
+ CPR/BLS certification.
+ Valid driver's license and ability to obtain a DoD security clearance.
