ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) for Discovery or Service Mapping (required). Required Experience & Expertise in the following areas: Hands-on experience with data scripting, ETL, and data integration tools in enterprise environments. Strong understanding of ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping, CMDB, and Event Management. Proven experience in data modeling, normalization, and database design. Familiarity with scripting languages such as JavaScript, Python, or PowerShell. Knowledge of IT infrastructure, systems management, and service dependency mapping. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues quickly and efficiently. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate technical findings to non-technical audiences.
