Dean's earlier career in the auto parts business moved them across the country but it was the opportunity with opening a Chick-fil-A restaurant back in their home state that made it possible for them to move back and be close to family and lifelong friends. They love spending time mentoring their team and giving back to the Beaverton area community. Talent Management:
